This place takes to use the word hospital in its name but it is more like a menagerie of nightmares. Within you will find rude and incompetent admissions staff, ill-tempered nurses and highly-questionable doctors... Avoid at all costs if you value your health and well-being.

This hospital staff and doctors are rude. I don’t think so patients are satisfied with their doctors and staff hospitality. I am not saying this because of frustration by waiting 4 hours in quake. Actual truth.

Public hospital. They do not have a general clinic for out patients. The have a specialist clinic but accept patients by referral only. There is however a A&E department.

I've been here for 2 days. The staff has been rude and it has an incredibly uncomfortable living condition. At night these florescent lights are kept on in the "hall" of the open design patient living area. Besides that many of the complaints I have had been already said. For all I know everyone who gave a 5 star review is a damn employee who are actively trying to keep the rating up.

As common as other hospital in hk, you get a long queue here wait for say, 3 hours, for a 30seconds consultation

3 hours wait for a rabies vaccination injection on a Monday morning. The nurse did not show patience when clarifying a discrepancy where Thai doctors required 5 injections and HK doctors only require 4. I don't speak Cantonese well so perhaps this was the problem. Got the injection in the end, and it was cheap...only positives.

This place is more than satisfactory! All public hospitals (in any countries) have their own problems and inefficiencies, but this one is definitely above average by world's standards. Does what it says on the tins - got the diagnosis and medicine in a few hours. The place itself is well maintained and clean, and the waiting process is pleasant.

Waited for 4 hours for a fracture, uselessly provided the wrong medical record, wrong treatments and refuse to change the medical record.
If you are going to this hospital, I strongly recommend you to write a complaint letter before going into this hospital

TRY OTHER HOSPITALS INSTEAD. I went to this hospital on a Tuesday evening and the whole procedure took about three hours when it could be done in an hour. the diagnosis took only 5 minutes with a doctor who couldn't be bothered to explain my stomach pain. The nurses threw me a form and rudely ask if I wanted to be admitted into the hospital and was impatient when I was considering the need to. Upon rejecting the admission, the doctor was very rude with her explanation why I should be admitted. When I asked politely about what type of food I should I avoid, the doctor interrupted my question with a crude no without further explaination .
