Typically very short to no waits at the outpatient clinic, and the staff is generally friendly and fluent in English and Mandarin.

I have received a number of very professional treatments here by the best doctor, Buddy Wong, and a very professional crew in the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital and the care of the people working here is absolutely nice.
The healthcare system in Hong Kong is diffetent to Europe but the prices are reasonable from my point of view.
It is absolutely required to have a health insurance in HK.response / report this review -

Adventist hospital on Stubbs Road is absolutely world class (among the best in class). Dr Daniek Mok is one of the finest surgeons I have met. He operated on my nasty multiple fractured radia and within 12 hours of having a plate and screws installed I felt no pain at all. All questions I asked were given truthfully and I feel so lucky to have been referred to him (and Adventist). I live alone in HK and never did I feel nervous or alone knowing my hands were in the capable hands of Dr Daniel Mok. Thank you to all the staff and, in particular, Dr Daniel Mok.

Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Adventist Hospital. 1) Their receptionists are friendly and respectful. One of them actually has a really cute voice. (They also speak good English). * I've talked to over 5 different hospitals and by far I like the receptionists at Adventist the most since they are very patient and caring. 2) Availability of appointments (I was able to call in and make an appointment on the same day). 3) Doctor was personal and efficient.

Fantastic hospital in Hong Kong!
Top notch facilities, caring staff, 2min wait time to see the doctor( yes I know you pay for the privilege but who cares when you're seriously ill) and the cherry on top is that they can all communicate in English really well with small talk included.
Which is in important being a foreigner from Australia.
If you're not from Hk or have top of the line insurance I wouldn't recommend any place better.

The (independent) surgeons are top notch, but the Adventist staff, especially those on Reception, are appalling to the point of rudeness. They need a massive reality check, and to step up their service level to match their premium price point.

Outpatient department : registration staff are very helpful. Calling for appointments was also greeted with patience and professionalism.
It is expensive. In saying that, everything is in-house, specialists, testing etc.
I prefer coming here eventhough it is a fair way for us. Reliable and efficient. Staff is very friendly and English is not a problem.
Coming from HK Station, bus 15 from Exchange Square is the most practical way of getting here. There is also a Taxi rank outside HK station facing Exchange Square.response / report this review -
