Was physically abused by nurses and security staff.
Inefficient and belittling doctors unwilling to provide treatment after being specifically referred to the hospital by Central Kowloon health centre.

When I came in I was given different information from 3 different people about waiting time- first person said one hour, the next shrugged and promptly ignored me and the one person that actually tried to find out let me know that it would be 4 to 5 hours. Please note this is after the charge you a non refundable amount just to be there.

The outpatient clinics are always crowded. I was admitted once many years ago when I was a teenager. The nurses were very nice. It's a teaching hospital and there are students (nursing and medical). I was in a big patient ward (not sure if they still have that) and shared a public bathroom and shower.
