  Their Napoleon's is great. They use a very thin layer of icing or white chocolate to keep the pastry crisp and fresh.
  Mango seems to be a bestseller here but I think it's a bit too sweet. I recommend the classic strawberry Napoleon, since the tart strawberry's balance the sweetness of the creme anglaise very well.
  Be sure to order politely and succinctly so you don't suffer the wrath of the staff.
