Delicious wraps. A bit pricey but worth it for me when I want something healthy and tasty once a week as a treat. Not a lot of seating but I do always find somewhere to eat but can ask for take away obviously
I’ve gotten sick from their kale salads too many times. It’s like night and day the way I feel after eating one of their “healthy” leafy green kale salads. Simply not worth the risk. Serve untainted food to your customers please.
If you ever wanted to try room temperature bowls, this is where you can try it. Ordered the cacao bowl and coconut bowl yesterday. It was not cold. Not even cool. Portion was pathetically small for $70each, they put apple slices on the cacao bowl which is basically the cheapest fruit you can find. Maybe saw 2 blueberries and a blackberry. Needless to say the taste of the bowls were mediocre at best.
Very disappointed with their execution, not the mana I remember from years ago. A lot more prepared foods these days than the good old made to order smoothies and other things they used for do, which is fine if that’s best for their business but please adjust the price, portion, temperature of bowls accordingly
On the upside, their service was friendly.
This place is great if you're looking for healthy fast food. They have burgers/wraps/salads and a bunch of other small snacks, like smoothies. Personally, I would recommend the salad or wraps as they are great deals, but the smoothies are not worth it.
This place offers up freshly made, healthy food that's full of great ingredients and interesting combinations. This is the salad box with all 5 salads tossed in, including roasted veg, fresh kale, quinoa, and plenty of other delicious bits. The seating out back is adorable, but this is by no means a "sit down" service place. It's casual and cozy.
One of my favorite go-to places in hong kong for any meal of the day. I can eat here everyday with their vegan and healthy salad options and toppings. I also love their really healthy desserts--I have to stop myself from buying too much
Awesome food at great value. But unnecessarily and bizarrely inefficient service. Back garden would be a huge asset if they cleaned it up a bit so points lost there also.
Food is nice but not mind blowing. Staff weren't unfriendly, but not friendly either. However, its mostly Vegan (some items have dairy, but are clearly identified on the menu) and the values of the establishment are in keeping with my own (recycling, reducing water, etc). The MANA cafe off Hollywood Road is much better IMO.
A delightful little ethical vegetarian cafe tucked away in Central. The wraps are fantastic! Great atmosphere and friendly attentive service. Highly recommend!
Pro:it is vegetarian. Con:load of carbs and fat. No quality proteins in the wrap. The ingredients are not organic! They sell burgers and friesnot my definition of healthy. There is much so much better to do in vegetarian cuisine than that
This is a great place to lunch or dine with a salad. I got the big one and was really full after finishing it.
I also got a side of their Yams but didn’t fell in love with them they were dry and missed a bit of their sweetness.
This place is popular and can get busy at dinner time.
I love their philosophy about a healthy planet and animal rights.
The ingredients were fresh and tasty.
It’s not cheap, but for quality ingredients in downtown Hong Kong, it’s what you should expect.
I’d come back here for sure.
Service is terrible I waited 20 min to find that my sandwich had been sitting on the counter for 15 min and no one bothered to notify me via the beeper. They watched me sit there as it was not busy at all and said absolutely nothing. So I payed way too much money for a soggy sandwich. Such a shame all good businesses get ruined by poor staff.
Great experience. Organic ingredients, good food, all recyclable (or compostable) food ware, free filtered water(which is rare around here apparently), and helpful staff. This place is doing good to the earth. Only thing is the menu isn't that extensive, but everything that we ordered was superb! Definitely a great place to support and fill up your tummy.
Mana has been a staple for vegetable based food. Great taste and consistency throughout the years.
Love this place! A Haven of healthy food, vegetables in this junk food filled place.. . Veggie Burger is epic! Salad bowl and falafel wrap too. Mezze plate = 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
BEST FOOD IN HK.. PPOSSIBLY THE WORLD. 10 stars out of 5. I come here every time I come to HK, even if I can only grab food to go. I love their wraps the most, I change up the fillings a lot. The burgers are wonderful, even my meat-loving hubby is a fan. The fries and garlicnaise are super yummy and the salads are great too! I have loved literally every item I've tried. They are environmentally friendly and all around the best. If you're looking for a place to eat, COME TO MANA!
Very tasty vegetarian and gluten-free sandwiches. Probably it's time they move to a bigger place.
This place had some oke wraps and a bit disappointing fries (think it's the first time I have not finished them). The atmosphere was nice though, lots of people hopping in and out for a bite. Staff was a bit unengaged.
I would give 6 stars if it was possible. The Vegan dream is right there. I simply love it. Everything I have tried there was heaven in my mouth! (price would be cheaper, I would not mind but I guess it is reasonable for the neighborhood and for Hong Kong)
Nice recycling and sustainability scheme. Food is good, a bit lacking in variety/coherence, but great hippy vibe overall.
Only had a coffee and a dessert. But I enjoyed everything I ordered :P
Really good wraps and salads. Everything is always fresh and tastes great. It is worth queuing and waiting for. It would be great if they changed up the menu sometimes or added some "specials" every month or so.
Amazing fresh, healthy food with a Middle-eastern focus. Their flats are huge and really delicious. The inside of the cafe is a bit tight, but they do have a cosy little outdoor seating area in the back. Service is on the slow side but it's worth it for such quality food.
