Window seat and a nice selection of fresh pastries for afternoon tea.

If you're looking for a traditional english or french style afternoon tea at the ritz carlton, then I suggest you come to Cafe 102 otherwise known as The Lounge and Bar.

Your odds of a good seat are greater here as opposed to going to cafe 103.

The scones were so fresh that they were served warm. We had some of the scones hours later and they were still soft after being in the refrigerator! Some tea selections will be an additional cost so try to be mindful of that.

If you enjoy afternoon tea and are in Hong Kong, you should come here for the view and the food. The service from the staff was remarkable and in keeping with the Ritz Carlton brand

Came for a meal for my birthday. Stunning view and got us a table for 4 next to the window (the place wasn't very busy at all). Staff couldn't do enough for us. Steak and unlimited sides was really good. Steaks weren't the best quality at £50pp but I suppose you are paying for the view.

This may be one of the best kept secrets in HK. Everyone who goes to the Ritz immediately thinks to go to O-zone. Don't. It's just a gimmick, overpriced, pretentious and a bit of a mess. By comparison the Lounge and Bar is a much nicer experience. The food is really great and relatively inexpensive. The staff are lovely and the venue is stunning. You get the same amazing views but with none of the wait and over crowding as Ozone. Hands down a better place to eat, drink or meet up. Very highly recommended.

On the way to our Champagner Brunch we stopped here. The place was dirty with breakfast or other breadcrumb and food left overs. Service was mediocre, not up to a Ritz Carlton, at least not the ones we experienced before.

Fantastic afternoon tea service with probably the best view imaginable. Up on the top floor we had a front row view looking out to the city. They even had a special that day/time and served additional entrees included in our afternoon tea package

Come here only if money is no object. I know it's the Ritz and to most of the attendees money is indeed no object, but still. We paid 900+ HKD (~$120 USD) for a bottle of wine that we later found out we could purchase at a shop for less than 100 HKD. On top of the 125 HKD bottle of San Pellegrino, I can honestly say everything on the menu is vastly overpriced. (Did I forget to mention the $105 HKD Budweiser?).

I did, however, have a very enjoyable experience at the bar and lounge. The staff was clearly well trained and professional, the food was delicious and cooked to perfection, and the view was 10/10. Was it worth the $2,500 bill at the end? Yes, but only once.

The food is a bit pricey but the views makes it worth it. even the food itself is worth the price. we had some drinks and a mix of beef fillets. great food and service!

Incredible view, lavish decor and ambience, polite staff. It is a shame that they are unfortunately terribly trained.
Cocktail staff do not know the basics margarita? Cosmopolitan? Sorry its not on the menu and not sure how to make, we had to bring it up in Google for them.
Then on to the main feature of the restaurant - the steaks.
Ordered the Rib Eye, which came out looking like a flattened piece of blade / rump It was tough, siniuewy, and gristley - gray on the outside and raw in the middle. Honestly have had better steaks for $10 at the cheap bar in australia.
Its a shame because the student waitress we had was very polite and trying her hardest to fix any problems, but it was obvious that some things really need to be looked at from a management level because the food and drink was 2/10 where the restaurant and view was 10/10.

Price is high but is very worth it, the view is incredible.

Is a must do at Honk Kong if you enjoy views and good food.

Skeptical at first since the Ritz - Carlton food I had in Macau was Degoutant. Surprisingly the food is quite good, which should be expected at the price point. The aioli for the sandwich really matched and balanced it out. The (fennel) soup was well spiced and salted. The service here is great except they do overdo it with their fake laughing 😂😂😂. The views are nice and probably better than the sky100 deck, your money is better off here when you want the views and the good food. No.1 restaurant in HK by TripAdvisor? It can pass for it.

Pleasanted surprised. Great views of Hong Kong are a given at any of the outlets in the Ritz Carlton.
The Organic Salad Bar lunch is a very attractive little buffet. Just enough choices to not feel wanting, yet not overwhelming.
Was too busy enjoying the food, completely forgetting to take pictures.
Feels great to indulge in a buffet that makes your feel refreshed, matched with spectacular views of the island.

Celebrate my birthday here, stunning view, the desserts of the afternoon tea is too sweet for me. The waiter suggest to change some food for me but I rejected coz I'm already full. Nice service.

An incredible place to come for lunch. The view is great, service excellent and salad buffet with a wide range of items to choose from. I initially had doubts about a salad buffet (priced at HKD298), but it is flavorful with multiple choices on leaves, nuts, meats, almost anything I can think of. And all sorts of sauces and vinaigrette to go with it. There's also a hot food stuff section and delicious soup to go along. Will come again!

Great place for a couple or a group of friends for lunch or dinner gathering. The view was breathtaking and the food was great!

We tried its steaks special, i.e., any 4 selections of steaks (excluding the T-bone selection) for a price of HK$1,480 with unlimited orders of side dishes. Considering the view and the food provided, the price was really reasonable indeed!
