Very quiet ambience. It has only the basics aspects of a hotel. There is no free breakfast provided nor do they have any eateries within the hotel. However, there are restaurants and other eateries near by

Very convenient location, near MTR station, 7-Eleven and local restaurants. The room was small as expected in HK. Had a reading place near the window all cushioned. Staying on the 22 floor and I believe in the smaller of the 4 rooms on this floor. The bathroom is small but with wet dry separation which is a plus.

Overall a comfortable stay for the cost per night. It's was a bit tight for two people. The walls do need a new paint job. The café and hangout area are currently under renovation. It's to bad we didn't have the chance to enjoy this amenity. And do note that if you're superstitious, the storefront neighbors sell funeral items.

Service is super horrible. Staffs are rude and do not speak English well. I booked a king size bed room and they gave me a twin size room because apparently "I checked in too late". I went alone expecting to rest on a nice big bed and instead I had to stay in a room with two small beds. Not quite sure what they want me to do with the spare bed. Also. the room is very small, dirty and smells of sweat. Overall experience was so bad. Don't book this hotel; will definitely ruin your whole travelling experience!

This hotel although the room small, but the services is good, the staffs helpfull especially when ask about the street maps. And there is this Handy smart phone in every room which I can use as hot spot terminal, and best thing is : it can be carried along with me around outside the room, so no more worry about roaming cost! Wifi free is sure!, abd this Handy phone is setted up as smart tourism guide in Hongkong!.
So, although I don't speak Chinese I go around easily!

We had a horrible airbnb reservation that ended up being in the chunking mansions. We moved out of it as soon as we got there and looked around for a nearby alternative. M1 was everything we wanted and more for a great price. Clean rooms with great views, a soft bed, quiet walls air-conditioning and city noises. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were happy the whole time we were here to have a nice modern clean place to retreat to and call sanctuary.

Nice rooms but little small. Don't give them security money if they ask for a useless Chinese mobile phone.

This hotel pretty much does what it's supposed to - give you a roof above your head. it's definitely better than the 'guest houses' in HK but if you'd have a bit more budget, stay at the hotels like the CityView. But I'm not thrashing it. I stay here frequently as it's really near Yau Ma Tei station and Ins Point (popular Lego shopping place). Just don't expect frills. The bed is a little on the firmer side and the comforter felt a little old. The floor was actually a little moist due to the condensation in the evening.

The hotel is just a minute walk from Yau Ma Tei metro (MTR) station. From airport, A21 bus is best. Drop the bus at nathan road. Rooms are small but with all facilities and clean. A local mobile is given with internet free of cost for HK visit. No dining service was available in Dec, 2016. So you need to eat outside.

Modernly furnished and clean hotel. Rooms are fairly small (as per most HK hotels) but well equipped. The M hotel is conveniently located in Kowloon side

    Clean, well located, fair price.
Free wifi. Hot water. Cold AC. Quick check in/out.
    I paid about HK$475.

Not a lot of space to mill about the room but that's because the bed is large. The bathroom is also the shower stall so expect a lot of wet.
Once I got the AC to work it did its business quite well.

My Sunday night stay was colored by a minibus of old women on tour. The three rooms of perhaps six ladies on my floor constantly chatted. And by chat I mean they screamed to each other through open hotel room doors, across the hallway, and through the walls. Their conversation in a provincial mainland dialect ranged from: it's too cold in here --which they solved by opening the windows (in August in HongKong!)-- to the prices in Hong Kong are too high, the HK people are so rude, and the food is not good.
These ladies couldn't understand the room's door ajar alarm. When it would sound they would slam the door to get it to stop. They don't understand how to call the elevator--just press the one button in the direction you wish the travel, just the one button. Once inside the cab they were no more astute. In my one night stay four times I boarded the lift to find passengers inside with no floor button selected. Perhaps this is cheap, polite fun in HK.
These women didn't settle down until after midnight but they picked right back up at six am.
    Safe travels ladies.

Conveniently located. One minute to MTR subway station. Take B2 exit coming out of the station and cross the road, Waterloo Street. Room was clean. Spacious in Hong Kong standard. Many convenience places along Nathan Road, one black away. There is a night market 50 meters away, starting at Man Ming Lane along Temple Street.
