Personally, love this chain restaurant, and this is my first time visit this branch. Few staff in operation during CNY period, the cs still great and the steak is good enough.

Great food (no doubt) good for diner or chatting with friends. But only one waiter can speak english. Its a western restaurant so I expect more waiter can speak english 😕

Fork had a rice grain stuck in it. Knife was sticky and had to wait 10min to be seated in an empty venue? Very poor service, going to give it a miss next time I'm in Hong Kong

I'm a Korean.
There are already many outbacks in Korea, but I have had satisfactory meals here.
The black label USDA lip was very good.

Two people paid 400HD.
It seems to be a good store to see that there are many Hong Kong people.

Artificially creating waiting time, we waited for 45 minutes to discover half of the seats inside are empty. Toilets were not working. Waiter was rude. We ordered burger, steak and pasta sadly all tasted not that good. What adds insult to injury beside all of that they are adding 10% service charge on the bill.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant.

Very sub par - even for an Outback. Lower your expectations enough and it just may satisfy.

Misleading menu options, impressively slow and low quality service, order inaccuracies, and grossly overpriced were the highlights of my experience.

Restaurant was not busy but didnt keep server from taking 15 minutes to greet me and take order and 25 minutes from time my plates were cleared intil my bill came.

Almost $100us for a steak, salad, and a coke -no joke.

My advice - keep looking!

Not fine dining, though I've enjoyed a number of decent meals here. Decent food at a reasonable price. This is the only branch in HK I would say this about. Others tend to be much lower quality. Agree that it does not compare with Outbacks in the States. Probably deserves 5 stars for filling its mid-tier niche nicely. Make sure to order medium or medium well, otherwise you will get rare.
