A good private hospital in Kowloon. Nice service with expensive charges.
Stayed one night here, convenient location, with a Starbucks with plenty of seats. Great when not in the mood for hospital food.
This is the hospital I always go. I once vomited and went there.
good servie n facilities buy price high
The service is OK. Over all speaking, It should be one of the best hospital in Hong Kong.Sometimes St. Teresa 's Hospital is much better than Hong Kong Sanitarium & Hospital(HKSH). Some rich people even prefer St. Teresa's Hospitals than HKSH (even the fee of St. Teresa can be much more expensive than HKSH). However room for improvement.
Wonderful Management of hospital , Good , Friendly and caring staff . I thanks Dr Wong Wai Lun and all beautiful nurses for the care.
The service is OK. Over all speaking, It should be a second best hospital in Hong Kong. However room for improvement.

Only problem is the wifi here sucks, don't expect to get any serious work done on your laptop here.
I have been there 3 times and I've only had a good experience once. The most recent experience was met with such unprofessionalism. I attempted to explain that my stomach pains have been reoccurring and have been tested negative for viruses.
However, the doctor on duty, Lai Hin Larry, did not even have his lab coat on and seemed so disinterested in what I was saying. I tried to ask him questions on how I could better deal with it and if I could be referred to a specialist and he responded with the least enthusiasm, "You need to go see the previous doctors, I can't help you based on this. You can wait outside now." and he practically shooed me away. The nurse hurried to lead me to the door.
Being a private hospital, you would expect more There was no compassion towards me as a patient. Someone who has been struggling with this issue for quite some time and they offered absolutely no help.
What ever happened to professionalism and compassion?
It was not good AT ALL! Doctors in outpatient department always suggest you for additional checking in hope of getting more money from you! And the hospital is trying all the efforts to earn money from the patients.
I give a five stars to this hospital. Today, at 12:30pm I went to the outpatient for my injured hip problem I was the number 4 people lining there. Staff are so efficient take less than 5 minutes and I already registered. With my HKID card they also recognized I am a returned patient. After temperature check I went the specify room, have not being sit and I am called. The Orthopedic Doctor is polite, it took me couple minutes for an X-Ray upstairs and I am back to the doctor for X-Ray overview. The process is fast and accurate, the nurse and staff are friendly. The total charges is reasonable about US$100. I highly recommend if you had a minor injury and needs attention this is the hospital you should consider with confident.
