The only reason I gave 2 star is because the staff is nice and friendly helpful.
Otherwise I would of just given 1 star!
Sincerely don't know how the system works.
About 20 people booked at 2pm and I was being waiting 20mins before doors are open to even register attention. I noticed people were seen before me but yet again I arrived before them ( they had 2pm appointments too) disappointed with there system, and don't understand why people were seen before me if they arrived late and same 2pm appointments ?
Otherwise why bother arriving early if still need to wait over hours? SOMEONE need to sort this system out!response / report this review -

Racist hospital, staff can't speak English properly, huge wait times. One time I got attacked by the security staff there and ended up bleeding - all because they employ crazy staff from Dussmann security who can't speak English.

Highly appreciated the team works for the hospital, they can always provide professional judgment for your illnesses. However, the government over-utilized the team, the A&E always over 120% usage, hope HA can solve this issue.

Every medical representatives working hard in this building to help out every patients as possible, but the building is kinda aging, and medical officers are a bit short in numbers. Waiting time hurts like always, hope HA will come out a way to it.

very crowed! went there at 11pm and leave there at 10am next morning. yes, it took 11 hours to see a doctor there.
