This was an old mall in Tsim Sha Tsui East. It served the office staff working in the upper floors and surrounding buildings basically. Not many tourist would come.

This is a very nice mall and most importantly it features one of the finest Tailors in Hong Kong. Don’t miss your opportunity to meet Michael and Wilson Shih at Houston Taylor’s. I think they are on the third floor but I could be wrong about that. But what I’m sure of is that you will receive and perfectly tailored suit at a reasonable price and you will enjoy the company of Michael and Wilson.

This is my first trip to Hong Kong and I really wanted to have a custom suit made. I picked Empire International Tailors based on the many good reviews on this site. I am very happy with this choice. The staff is very professional and helped me make selections on fabrics and style. With a couple fittings, my suit and shirts were complete in 3 days. The suit is well-constructed and looks incredible! I will be using their services again.
