Authentic local dim sum

Food was sub par compared to SGV / 626 in SoCal, US. To those who can't speak or read Chinese, I suggest elsewhere. Go to 'One Dim Sum' nearby.
Service was terrible. I asked for mustard and the server told me that it won't be available until 11 a.m. I then asked for ice and another server told me that that's absurd because it'd give me a stomachache. I told several severs that I neither feared a stomachache nor paying for ice and / or mustard if needed. They shooed me away.
Lastly, patrons have to share tables, which is common in the States. However, Hong Kong locals love to chat and offer opinions. OMG. Non-stop chatter not only from our table, but also from others.

Spacious resturant. Food were of quality standard. Be prepared to share table during peak hours. Staff was friendly too.
