Probably the best quality price ratio in this category in HK.

Came here for lunch. Definitely worth the experience. Michelin stars quality. No misses. Delicate Italian and detail oriented.

I didn’t take any photo because it was too dark in the restaurant. I went there a couple times for dinner for different occasions. Food wasn’t always good and very pricey.

The most fantastic restaurant in all of Hong Kong. The food is sensational. Baby lamb is out of this world. Abalone and caviar is mind blowing. The burratta and tomatoes is phenomenal. The team of Marino, Fabio and Dev are superb. Thanks for looking after us. We will be back soon.

Probably one of the most amazing meals I've had in Hong Kong. Service is impeccable and I still have dreams about the cavatelli.

I continue to scratch my head as to why this place has 3 Michelin Stars , the food is very well made but the dishes don't transport you to another universe, it's too busy to really be an epicurean experience1 star I understand.. but 3? The answer to a great Italian meal cannot be to blast everything with overpriced truffles..

The only Italian restaurant with 3 Michelin stars outside of Italy. Nice small restaurant with a focus on truffles, offers a decadent meal with flavour explosions

My second time dining here and the food is always so consistently good. Most likely because the 3-star Michelin chef himself is always at the restaurant and serving his guests, and ensuring the quality of the food. The food is simple yet wonderfully balanced to ensure all the flavours are there from the fine ingredients. Do book ahead for that special occasion as it is often booked out months in advance!

While I don't think the Michelin stars would be appropriate if it were in Italy, Tokyo or NYC, Otto is very good. Veal chop and steaks/beef are best in class, cheeses and charcuterie well selected but pasta less so.
