  The customer service here is amazing! I booked a shuttle from Panajachel to my hostel in Guatemala City during Semana Santa. Unfortunately they were not able to get me all the way to my hostel because of the celebrations taking place that week but they were willing to give me money for a cab from the airport to my hostel. I would definitely recommend them for transportation

  This place is by no means perfect but I loved it because it's a great deal.The atmosphere was great, the room was cute and the staff was friendly. Downsides: small bathroom and rooms, noisy at night, but totally ignorable.

  Petit hôtel essentialiste et confortable au coeur de Panajachel, sur la rue Santander, à deux pas du Lac Atitlan. Attention personnalisée de la part de ses propriétaires: Mr Julio et Mme Jeannette, qui donnent un air familial et charmant au séjour.

  Trip advisor winner for 2011, 12, 13 for best service and value.
  One block from the lake on the south end of Calle Santandar.
  This family run business is a real jewel. come be part of the family.
