Very surprised of the service and care level of this hotel. I traveled all over the world and this was one of the worst. Emailed them initially 3 times about doing an event in the hotel, no one replied. We traveled from Canada to see different places to do the event in Antigua. We talked to this hotel and went through the details and we were to spend over $10,000 US for the event which we agreed on. After almost a week of no calling us back and only one day before we leave back to Canada the front desk person informs us that they can’t do the event for us anymore. When asked for the reason, we did not get one. The person in charge never called us back. Avoid this place, the service is worse than a one star motel. Just full of lies and low class.

This review is for the restaurant. For being a 5* hotel with an exquisite garden and staff, the meal taste was just ok. The coffee was served only like warm and got cold after 5 minutes.

Not very good
Room Doña Paula had "Chinche" Bugs inside pillows and after reporting they couldn't care less, did not even apologize.
Pésima!!
