  The Hotel is called Filadelfia Coffee Resort & Tours and whilst it is a beautiful location and well staffed, some things make it not so good. The rooms are a little dated and stuffy. The internet speed (if it ever worked) was deplorable. Considering this is a high priced hotel, you would think they would get the Internet and WiFi right.
  
  The grounds are stunning, and the food was very nice (if pricey) and the service was excellent. The reason for the lower star rating? WiFi and the dated fittings in the rooms.

  We had the coffee tour with Carlos. The guy speak Spanish, German, Italian Amazing! We had a very good time with him. It was like, to be around with a friend. It was very interesting. It was only bad, that we didn't saw how the machine works He showed it us, but because it was the 24th December (before Christmas) they didn't worked.

  This is one of the Largest Commercial Coffee Finca's around Antigua. As such they offer Horse Back Riding through the Finca and other more commercial aspects of Touring these kind of locations.
  
  You can make Tour arrangements and they will pick you up in this Huge farm type truck.
  
  The tours are great for Information about Coffee and all aspects that they will explain in great detail.
  
  I give it 3 starts since I do prefer the none commercial coffee experiences at Fincas around Antigua. Just my own felling on this experience.

  Nice place but dont stay in room 1 or 2, very noisy rooms and recepcionists wont give any chance to change.

  Great Coffee. The finca as a whole is beautiful. If you're looking for a place to get away from Antigua, this is beautiful. If you want to experience the local culture, I would not recommend this place.

  I love their mule ride it was fun and the views we had right on top of the mountain was amazing ,we also enjoy the coffee tour
