Located at the heart of Zone 10, it's a very convenient, elegant and comfortable hotel. It has spa, gym, 4 restaurants, a bar, pool and it walking distance from other restaurants and bars. Rooms are comfortable, clean and the service is great.

This hotel had an excellent service. Staff is really helpful and friendly Guatemalan style.

Rooms are cozy. There's a pool at the 5th floor.

We had a major event here and the staff was always keeping track of everything and taking care of even minimal details.

Even major events with loud music where at the venue the rooms are quiet.

The hotel is a nice place. The staff is phenomenal and the customer service is exceptional. My only real beef (and this is a major one) is that there is a disco across the street absolutely blasting deep thumping bass until 3 or so in the morning. This has been all this week. It's incredibly distracting and (needless to say) makes it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, it's a five star place.

The staff was very nice!!! Everything was classy, from the decor to the crispy clean sheets/venue!!!🤗 and the cherry on top was the food!! We were there for 3 days, and the food was consistently good, from this point on this hotel, will be my 2nd home when I visit Guate. Thanks for providing us with A+ service.

The Inter Continental Real Guatemala City is one of my first choice hotels to stay at in Guatemala City.

The hotels rooms vary depending on your needs. The food is amazing, the staff speak English and other languages depending on your city of origin.

They have Sushi I mean real Japanese style Sushi restaurant.

All good just STOP the Piano in the afternoon. This is bad. Play some nice jazz or chill out music.
