Great staff. Clean place even if dated a bit. Bathroom was a little finicky. Shower was hot with good pressure. Very helpful when making plans and needing transportation. Very safe. Oh and a beautiful pool.

Nice hotel, all kind of services available. Breakfast is superb. Beutiful and big pool and open air jacuzzi, with just few people around. The airport shuttle service was not on schedule.

Hotel was close to the airport and provided all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. The fitness center is large and there is a nice pool and hot tub in the courtyard. There are also a few dining options to choose from inside of the hotel.

Hotel is close to airport. Service good. Restaurant prices might be a bit steep when compared to other places in the city. Breakfast is diverse. Personell is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable for people are on work assignment and need a good desk and office chair.

Amazing hotel at sometimes amazing rates and the best is the breakfast buffet in the morning - please don't miss it and take your time to try all the goodies and have a perfect start into the day.
I love the free shuttle service to and from the airport, starting at 4am already and the dining options in the house (sometimes even with Karaoke). Fun place with a super-cool swimming pool - professional staff; sometime I wished the deluxe hotels would risk a little bit more emotions and more natural smiles - but that's a problem all over the world. I love this hotel.
There were times when we arrived at 7.30am and still could check in very early - thank you!

Nice Hotel, things to love: the piano player in the lobby the afternoons, the temperated pool, the gym with spinning and yoga classes, and the sports bar. Not so good : the wifi password will only work with one device, and is not good for streaming. Machines at the gym are old and some are broken.

Very good people that make you feel like in home. Very good rooms, clean and quite. Very good breakfast!! Very good gym and pool. I very like this place! It is my only hotel in Guatemala to stay.

Clean comfortable room. The bed was very firm which you will sometimes find in Latin America. Yet, it was somehow quite comfortable. The room smelled heavily of air freshener. I had to take off a star for the aor freshener because a nice hotel like this should know better

Very comfortable hotel right on the edge of Zone 10. Lots of things to do as a guest. Lots of large communal areas in different settings. Multiple nicely presented options for a drink or a meal. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Rooms have all amenities expected at this level.

5 Days of premier service. Eat in the Strikers Sports Lounge. Great Breakfast Buffet, but average service, especially if you are a party of one. Have stayed here over 12 years in a row when I am in Guatemala City.

Very convenient from the airport, good location to other restaurants and bars. Stayed twice for business and once when a flight out had to be delayed to the next day (great hotel to be stuck at on the airline's dime). Rooms are great dn service was excellent. Main hotel restaurant was good but not great, didn't try the other two. Definitely recommended.

Great room amenities, firm beds and two bottles of personal sized waters. They have a pool, a spa and plenty of boutiques to shop in. The views are Nice's and rooms quiet. Air conditioning was quite cool as well as on time shuttles.

I don't do reviews often but must on this one.

We made it a point to have non smoking rooms. They gave us smoking rooms. We were reassigned to the ninth floor and got another smoking room. I went back to the front desk and explained the situation again. The ninth floor has a smoking sign allowed right outside the elevator, there were ash trays in the hall, and our room had a strong cigarette smoke smell. They argued me that this was not a smoking floor or room, and they were not able to reassign us. Not good!

Otherwise, excellent breakfast buffet, and nice pool, workout room, and hot tub.

Everything you would expect from this hotel chain in one of the largest cities in central america. From a top class spa to restaurants to event halls. Their bar has a classic environment and karaoke nights are lots of fun.
