Cannot recommend this place: I left my jacket and my jumper in the closet of my hotel room and after I realized I went back to ask for it. They checked with the housekeeping and to my great joy my jumper was handed over to me. When I asked where is my jacket, they said there was none. Not true! It was next to the jumper. Even worse is that I left a badge in the jacket and suddently it was in the jumper I was handed over. Clearly, it was taken by the staff. It was a nice, quite expensive jacket. I hope your employee´s (family) will like it.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, all the staff was awesome .. professional, friendly and very interested in treating well their customers giving that extra step to make you feel good and important .. the breakfast was very good.. and as a plus is that the hotel is close to the airport. We were there just for 2 days but I can say I highly recommend these nice hotel and next time I visit Guatemala I will stay there again .

I booked this room for my boyfriend online. When he got there they couldn't find his reservation number and made him sit there for an hour after he showed them the confirmation email. I had to call customer service to call them to fix it in order for them to get him a room. Why are we paying $148/night for a room with the confirmation email and not able to get in? It's really sad that they couldn't figure it out and I had to go through the extreme length to call customer service in order to get in.

The rooms here are very up to date modern but they're also very small and cramped for the price we're paying. There was hardly any space for us to walk in the room. There is definitely no walking in the room at all if you have luggage.

Perfect location. FREE shuttle to/from airport(have to call ahead and let the hotel know about arrival time at La Aurora) and it's a very short drive.

Please understand that if you arrive around 5:00PM-7:00PM you'll be greeted with Guatemalan congested traffic. Makes this trip a bit longer.

Nice clean room. Not very spacious but really clean and well decorated with a big shower. Also, great TV and channel lineup. The restaurant and bar served a really good dinner. Very reasonably priced room.
