Nice, clean and comfy. Antique atmosphere, with live marimba music on Sundays. Food is great and the serving size is very generous, specially breakfast which comes included with the night. The rooms are decent and beds enough to accommodate 2. Some rooms have balconies but only a few get the "paseo de la sexta" view. A/C is not great but when the weather is fine ups don't really need it. Bar stays on only until 10 but there's plenty of bars nearby. Avoid wandering late at night

The staff was extremely help to a new comer to Guatemala not a tourist. I am making it my headquarters on all my GC visits. It is centrally located and very safe. Internet is down stairs and very public. Rooms are great. Book online though expedia..or something. $50 USA..
