I would absolutely NOT recommend Hertz as your car rental service provider. The staff is not making clear about the assurance coverage and when you need their help, they would find a thousand excuses and finally charges you an incredible fee for a little damage.

The have the fastest service to get you into a rental car at the airportdon't even bother trying any of the other car rental companies. Hertz Guatemala is the best by far!!!
