  A friend and I rented 2 motorcycles from MAG in March and planned an 8 day trip around Guatemala. From the very beginning, Evan and David were very easy to communicate with. Given that their main vision with MAG is group tours, their knowledge of anything motorcycle related to touring Guatemala and surrounding countries is deep. I was thoroughly impressed with their passion for motorcycle touring and their willingness to help plan the trip. Despite our business with MAG only being a bare bones motorcycle rental, Evan and David were always an email away to help with route planning, venue and accommodation recommendations and general travel tips. We briefly considered a full tour in the final hour of planning which, despite it being last minute, Evan and David scrambled to try to plan. Unfortunately, given a national holiday week, planning was difficult and we stuck with the original rental and trip without the tour. Checking in and picking up the bikes was very easy, they even had a driver available to pick us up at the airport. It was immediately evident that the 2 motorcycles (their oldest two) were in VERY good shape considering a decade of rentals. It was abundantly clear that Evan and David are very serious about applying exceptional maintenance to their vehicles. Fluid lines looked new, tires were in great shape and brakes worked flawlessly. We were provided with saddle bags, helmets, repair kit and a local phone free of charge which added peace of mind to the trip.
  
  All this being said, it is in the conclusion of my trip that MAG showed itself to be a phenomenal company even beyond my original observations and expectations. Unfortunately, part way into the trip, I suffered a motorcycle accident and was forced to return to Canada with a leg injury. MAG was notified the morning after around 8 a.m and despite being about 5 hours from Antigua, both David and Evan traveled to my location with a truck, loaded both motorcycles and had us back in Antigua by Supper time. Despite having their hands full in recovering us and the bikes, both Evan and David still found time to: Find us a last minute hotel in Antigua (with a discount as negotiated by David), help me into my new accommodation given my inability to walk very far, help us unpack our luggage AND offer to drive me to Guatemala City for continuing care. Add to this the fact that I was NOT charged to my damage deposit for the scuffed fender on the motorcycle, lightly bent brake lever and all but disintegrated burner phone (Because David argued that it would be downright dishonest to charge me for any damage they could simply repair rather than replace parts) and you can only deduce the following: David and Evan have a true passion for their business and their customers. Quality of service is second to nothing (that includes profit). My care and safety was their primary concern even after we parted ways and I was not only deeply impressed by their treatment of my situation but moved by their kindness.
  
  In conclusion, for the very reasonable price of their motorcycle rentals and tours, you can rest assured that you are also buying the peace of mind that you are in the hands of business owners who will not only adequately prepare you for the adventure of your life but will follow through by providing the quality and service required to undergo such adventure AND will be there to support you in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  
  This company is an absolute gem. I travel a lot and have never experienced this level of service. Evan and David, Thank you once more for making an otherwise poor ending to my trip so seamless and streamlined. I hope you are as proud of your business as I am. Take care.

  Rented a motorcycle for 3 days from Evan @ MAG Tours. Evan was awesome and helped my wife and I with everything. It was amazing riding in Guatemala definitely the highlight of our trip. Thanks!

  Did a 4 day tour with them! David was an amazing guide! It was nice to be able to see the real Guatemala. David and Evan run a very smooth operation and would definitely recommend for riders to try this company! Will be back for more! If you read this David I am still sore!

  Did a 4 day tour with them! Awesome experience! David was an incredible guide and brought us to areas that most tourists dont get to see! Need more of that friend chicken! Will definitely come back for a longer tour!

  I didn't take a tour with these guys, but I got in contact with them to get parts for my bike as I knew I would be traveling through Antigua a few weeks later. They helped me and ordered the part at cost plus postage to their shop. I just met up with the owners David and Evan, chatted a bit, got the parts and did some service on my bike. They are really nice and solid guys, and if I would ever want to come back and do a bike tour i would not hesitate to book it with these guys!
