I went here to do a PCR test during my stay in Mykonos.
First of all they were impossible to reach by phone or email to book an appointment, which made it a hassle to book.
Once there, the lady at the reception felt more bothered by receiving her coffee delivery and chit-chatting with her colleague than actually attending us. After a good 30min waiting and nothing really happening (except locals coming in and out to seemingly greet the receptionist), we finally got our PCR test done. Nothing particular to say on that. It is done in front of the clinic in a makeshift tent, everything was clean.
Then came the moment to pay and that was the cherry on top. I had been advised by my hotel that the test would cost €60 + an additional €10 for the certificate (which already felt like a rip off as this is the first place in the world I hear off charging for a certificate). The receptionist asked €150 for the two tests, which took me aback, and when politely challenged about why it wasn't €140, she grunted at me, shrugged her shoulders and told me it was €15 for the certificate. I asked why the previous customer, whose bill was on the counter, only paid €10 for it, all I got for a reply was that he was a "member of the clinic".
Certificate was sent by email 24hrs later
All in all, by far the worst experience I've ever had for a test, non-existent customer service and most likely a huge scam for tourists.

Not the nicest and despite the appointment for a damn quick test, which takes 2 minutes, I had to wait 40 minutes 👎🏽

Extremely uneducated staff. They have no idea of that they are doing. Not at all helpful and polite. Wishing that nobody will ever need to visit a hospital but if you do, choose one of the other private hospitals on the island.
