  There is no professionalism. We lost a subsidy because we did not send the supporting documents. I don't know if the 2 older reviews are real .
  
  Answer:
  Because you don't have to get on your neck and others, throwing paperwork responsibilities at us (and because you know who I am by my name) can't issue an energy certificate!
  I had made the request from the first ones and you sent me the documents I needed (certificate and suggestions) at 7pm while we had requested them many weeks before the application!
