Reliable good company, every year I rent a car for 10 days, everything is fine. If possible, they give a higher category car for the loyalty.Thank you very much!

WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER:
They met me 11pm at the airport and then extort me to pay the Out of Hours fee twice even though I was going to return the car inside office hours, which I did. Then we proceed to the car which was a 10 years old at least Chevrolet Matiz. When I asked the guy how old was the car he just replied that it only has 35,000 km on the clock. One has to be an absolute idiot to believe that as the car looked extremely used. It was more than certain they clocked the car's odometer and in reality the car has done at least 200K and probably ever more. Having no choice and nobody to complaint to I took the car and embarked on a 1 hour journey to our resort. The drive was extremely stressful as the headlight were barely working and I could hardly see the road ahead + the offside mirror was broken and would not stay in place, thus practically unusable.
I call them the next day and ask someone to come and swap the car, but get asked to drive back to their office. When I got there, I was told that I need to fill up the tank, even though the only reason I went back to them is so they replace the car.
The woman and the so called local manager were very rude and repeatedly denied to refund me for the 2nd Out of Hours fee. They even refused to give me a receipt for the payment and only after I went to the local police station and reported them they gave me one.
I have spoken with my bank and will be filing for a chargeback.
DON’T EVER THINK TO RENT A CAR FROM THESE JOKERS. BETTER PAY A BIT MORE AND GO TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY. IT WILL BE WORTH YOUR HOLIDAY PIECE OF MIND.response / report this review -

I really had a great experience. They were so helpful and made my stay in Corfu so much easier. They went out of their way to get me a van when no one else could help. They have great inventory. Amazing people and amazing experience.

I reserved the car online one day in advance. After arriving at the shop they gave me the car very fast and it was in really good conditions. Also giving it back at the airport worked very well. I can recommend the car rental!

One month ago I reserved a car on their website under specific conditions, selecting "pay on arrival" and no extra charges applied. Now, one month before my holiday, they cancel my reservation, asked me do re-book again on the website (where under same condition I had booked before they are now applying €25 extra recharge). Furthermore they asked me to pay in advance. Not fair and professional, I just decided to look for another agency

I booked a bike online, 50cc for 23euro for 1day, to return at the airport.. When I get there the guy tells me he only has a 100cc bike for 30euro, and will charge me 10more for returning it at the airport. It's not what I booked, so I almost walk away but he drops 5euro so I get the bike.. And guess what, it was the 50cc!! Next day I return it and say, all good but you lied and he explodes saying he's no lier, that the bike is what he told me it was (I checked online and told him, he told me I am stupid and don't know how to use the Internet) .. So beware.. I wouldn't rent from him again. BTW I'm an experienced rider with more than 15 yrs biking and more than that online..

Very bad experience. Very bad service. We got a smaller car as booked. No response on any attemp to get a bigger car or money back. We had to pay a taxi to hotel and airport to get our luggage transported. No promised callback, no prommised response via email. Never again.

Scooter un po' datato ma ha fatto il suo lavoro per tutta la settimana, abbiamo girato quasi tutta l'isola. Prezzi nella media tra i vari noleggi della zona. Personale molto cordiale, parlano bene l'italiano. (Ci hanno fatto anche un piccolo sconto)

Fair rental company with a friendly crew. Even when we came back too late with the scooter and with a broken mirror, they treated us nice.
