Picked up a car at the airport. They parked the car very close to a couple of bushes, so it was impossible to inspect one side of the car. At this side of the car there was serious damage, that was not indicated at the pre filled contract by this rental company (while other small damages were indicated at the contract). It gave me the feeling that they thought I wouldn't notice the damage at pick up and I should have paid the damage at return of the car. Be careful with this companly, don't trust their pre filled damage reports and check your car thoroughly!

In our hotel in Dassia, they recommend Hertz for car rentals. So at the reception they called the lady from Hertz for us and I talked to her: I fixed a car rental for Sunday and she told me the following: "Be in my office at 9:30 and bring the money and your driving licence." - so I have definitely made a fixed car rental!
On Sunday at 9:30 we waited in front of her office (official opening hours: Every day from 9:00 to 11:00). We waited für 20 minutes and there was not even anybody. Finally we went to the reception and called the lady from Hertz again. On the telefone she told us that she does not have any reservation, although she had confirmed it a few days earlier. Obviously she recieved our reservation but did not take it down or just forgot. There was not even a word of apology.response / report this review -

2 months on and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded into my account..unbelievable!!! Never again!

Incredibly bad customer service! We had reserved a car with pick-up time at 8 A.M. and were told by the staff that we had to wait 30 minutes until the car was ready. More than an hour later we were told to queue up again where we waited for another hour and had to fill out papers again, staff was unfriendly and didn't even apologize - We will never book with this company again!

Very rude and unpunctual staff. They were supposed to be at 10 AM in the airport office in order to collect our car keys and finally they appeared at 12 AM. There were no apologies from the staff and furthermore they charge us a damage deposit of 150€ without giving us any explanation and moreover accusing us of some damages that had been done before we use that car.

Very rude and unfriedly staff. We asked kindly for a 0,10 EUR pen to borrow. And she gave us a very rude no. Simply because of this situation we never will rent a car at Hertz.
