Run away from this hotel. Perhaps the reception seems to be good but once you have opened the door of your room, everything is a nightmare. Old fashion hotel, but services, awful maintence, terrible breakfast, bad facilities

Good and friendly environment. Clean rooms, but it needs more insulation between rooms to avoid noise at late night especially.

Professional and extremely friendly service from everyone in the hotel!
Hotel room was clean, breakfast was very good with nice variety of options. Everyone in the hotel very accommodating, and very professional.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay at Athens.

The double room we stayed in is not too spacious, but it has nice storage shelves for all our stuff to be organized. There is a little balcony with two chairs and a little table.The room is always clean and the staff are always helpful and nice. The hotel is also very quiet which I think is due to good soundproofing work. The continental breakfast is super delicious, but of course the food in Athens is generally more delicious than in the US, not just how they are prepared but the raw produce is much more amazingly tasty.

Certainly a four stars hotel. Stylish lobby, descent size and quiet bedroom , excellent bed and pillows ( cocomat experience ) , coffee making facilities in room, renovated bathroom, , sumptuous and tasty breakfast, very friendly staff . Quiet snd safe location though walking distance from city center.

Loved staying at this place when my husband and I went to Athens for our honeymoon. Staff was quite friendly and helpful and the options for breakfast were great! Would definitely stay again here.

The on going renovation is a must for a 4 star hotel. I hope they finish It soon. Overall experience very very good

When traveling in Europe I don't expect much , unless you pay a whole lot for the rooms. After a really long flight and finally getting to the hotel. A nice shower and nap was perfect.
The hotel staff who checked us in were very kind, the lobby is amazingly modern and very clean . The workers even where nice enough to catch us a taxi . Show us where the local grocery store and tourist attractions .
Once getting to our room it was a bit smaller compared to what everyone else got .
The elevator is tiny as heck , so every once in a while we just took the steps .
They have a small gym but no swimming pool.
