Good service and nice rooms. Stayed in a small double room. Nice to have pool and bar on the roof. Using the pool after long days of walking is really nice.

At first, I was really impressed, judging by the looks of the hotel. The room was fine, classy and tidy, the cleaning service was really good and the staff was helpful and welcoming. But, the Wi-Fi was really bad at first, then it stopped working at all. The pool on the rooftop is too deep for people that are not really good swimmers (like me). The breakfast was good at first, but we stayed 7 days, and they had the same things every day so we ended up eating eggs all week. The restaurant during the day has a small variety of products and is pretty pricey too. The hotel is not that close to the metro station, knowing that you have to walk through the sun at 38-40 Celsius degrees.

Good hotel, very clean with a good size bedroom. Reception staff could be a little more friendly but check in was done efficiently. Breakfast was ok, had worse! The hotel was a little too far out of the centre for me but taxis cost 8 Euro to and from the Acropolis.

The nice lobby makes it seems much nicer than it is. The rooms are old and very meh, especially considering the hotel advertises itself as 4-star. We were told the rooftop pool is only open from 11:00-19:00, so it might as well not exist for anyone doing anything during the day. There isn't really anything particularly wrong with the room, and it's well maintained, it's just not really nice.

Located in central Athens, the Zafolia was convenient to public transport and many tourist attractions. Rooms were clean and spacious, with typical European amenities. Staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Inside the room I could not hear any appreciable road nose from the busy streets below. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

I stayed here in Feb 2016 as it was included in my Greece tour package. The staffs were very serious faceand they are a bit sceptical to see 2 small asian ladies checkin in. But thank god we have our local tour guide bring us in there. I remember 1 old lady at the front deskshe have very serious look but she helps us alot especially when our blue ferry flight was cancel due to bad sea waves. The breakfast box she packed for us is memorable2 piece of bread1 boiled eggsan apple and i think thats allgosh!

Although I have not resided in this hotel, I've been to some conferences there. Nice entrance, helpful staff. iIn the summer there is an excellent pool bar on the top floor with an exquisite view of Mt. Lycabettus.
