Great location, great ambience, great everything! Our room was blue and to die for! Loved sitting at Tiffany Terrace.. wished the waitress understood more English though. She misunderstood me and threw away my pasta. But other than that, all in all I had good experience.

I was on a tour with my daughter. Georgia is beautiful country and many people do not know about it, what a shame! I had two hotels in Tbilisi during this tour. first night I was in Marriott Tbilisi and the last night was in RIverSIde. Although price was almost half, Superior room I had was much better equipped then in Marriott. I was a bit surprised with it. A little gem in the historical center - this is what I can call River Side. Good service and super clean. large rooms with private balcony, nice breakfast area and rooftop terrace - you must try Georgian food there.

Much better then on their photos! I had superior room and it was very comfortable. Ceiling is very tall, bed comfortable. I also ordered breakfast in my room. No issues. I liked bathroom. As front office told me they had all bathrooms totally renovated. Felt luxurious. Tip: Room was non smoking.

My stay was nice. Very good breakfast, Room, Service. Super clean hotel and the most important for me - staff. They went above and beyond to my tons of requests. I will come back. Tip: If you can afford, book deluxe room in blue design. it is superb.

I am frequent traveler to Tbilisi and have tried several high end hotels in Tbilisi. I liked Riverside very much. A different feeling, attitude. Good breakfast, great bed and pillows. just next to Rustaveli

Visited this hotel only for a few hours, but they left an immediate good impression. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Good food and drinks and nice, inexpensive rooms. My colleague and I had to check out in the middle of the night to complete our travels, and they had packaged and given us lunch to take with us since we were going to miss the free breakfast. Awesome service all around. Will definitely look to stay here again on my next visit.

I booked for a standard room, however I was upgraded by the friendly staff to a suite on the 4th level, which I have to say was a great surprise! Very classic "chic" room, with wooden furniture, massive bed, and blackout curtains for a good night sleep. The room overlooked a terrace balcony that connects you to the remaining rooms along the floor. You get to enjoy a beautiful view of Tbilisi.
Breakfast was simple yet traditional, which changes slightly every day. They can make omelette the way you want inside the kitchen, and serve it to you on the table.
Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and can help you with your tour plans.
The hotel is 20 minutes walk from old town, however they can fetch you a taxi, which will charge you a fixed GEL 5.
The room comes with a kettle and tea. Would be great if they can also include instant coffee as well.response / report this review -

I have stayed there for couple of nights. it's clean, tidy, quite and peaceful.the balcony was amazing special to get your coffee at morning.hotel close to the touristic regions in Tbilisi.the staff always smiling and welcoming.. recommend

Modern and chic Hotel, a rooftop with Tiffany terrace and sun lounge with stunning views of the city is amazing . Chardin area is 15 minutes' walk away from the Hotel, and the property is in the old town.
Guests will enjoy the attentive staff services and the free Wi-Fi.
Rooms are fitted with classy layout and complemented by flat-screen TV with satellite channels plus tea/coffee makers.

This hotel was located next to an interesting places like the flea market next to a river, the service was very good and friendly. Rooms where very beautiful, with nice height and privacy. New Tiffany Terrace restaurant is amazing

Good ambience, courteous staff, nice food and bar, great service. With the renovated rooftop restaurant and bar, it's gonna be even more attractive. The city view from the top invites again to the country. Strategically located with just 20 mins drive from the airport (30 lari taxi) and 10 mins walk to the freedom square and Meydan area. Overall a pleasant experience !!
