Courtyard Marriott Tbilisi located at Freedom square - nice hotel with all facilities and attraction closely located.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Always ask for city view. You can view the freedom sq, presidential palace , fort and nice city from your room.
Hotel is close to funicular - Park, dry bridge market, aerial tram , glass bridge all can be reached by walk.
There are lot of good restaurants very close to hotel.

One issue with hotel is parking. They dont have parking.

Nice hotel with perfect service, but there are some things that I dont understand:
Power sockets in the room are far from the bed.
Lights control is missing, you need to get up to swith the lights off.
Breakfast is very poor for the price of the room. And every morning you will get the same set of food, no changing in the menu.
The coffee that they propose during breakfast is very bad.
How this kind of things appears in such an expencive and well known hotel.
I will no get back.

Good mid-scale hotel with a fantastic location in the heart of Tbilisi. Anyone who knows Marriott would expect a clean and well managed hotel, this is exactly what you get. No surprises, no really outstanding features. Good service, clean rooms which are a little dated but Marriott spec. A great place to be based to see the sights of the city.

Everything is in accordance to one would expect from Courtyard by Marriott in the very heart of the city: good enough lobby, nice lobby cafe with bar that serves good enough coffees, cozy corner restaurant, well trained staff, clean toilets, bank counter, snack shop

Georgia and Armenia are heaven on the earth, peoples are very friendly,
food delicious. We used this hotel as sleeping place, whole day we spend
outside Tbilisi. Room was clean, service was quick, staff was friendly.
We spend three nights there, but better stay in Georgia at least a week.
( including Batumi and Borjomi ).
Hotel has car park, but have not concierge, if there is no one from security
around, nobody will carry your luggage to the room, no room service ?

Perfect location right on Liberty Square. It is very close (walking distance) to a lot of the major touristic places (Botanical gardens, Aerial Tramway, Narikala Fortress, Bridge of Peace, etc). Rooms were clean, and staff are very friendly.

One of the two best hotels in Tbilisi. With better location.
Located in front of the large square, at the edge of the old city, just a few steps from the bars and restaurants of the old town, this is a great starting point for city centre. Hotel is clean, well maintained, with good breakfast buffet that includes variety of elements of Georgian cousin. I have stayed there several times (more than 10) and it has never let me down. It is not cheap, but excellent for business travelers.

Without a doubt the best hotel experience I've ever had and I don't say that lightly. I spend half my year staying in hotels! The rooms are great and the cleaning staff was super. The staff is what really makes this place 5 star in my opinion. They were truly incredible from the front desk to the breakfast crew. Friendly, knowledgable, and disciplined describes the staff precisely. They were always happy and made me feel welcome, and the manager kept everything running like a well oiled machine. The view out of the window of Freedom Square was also a big plus, and you can't beat the location to pretty much every major sight in Tbilisi. The Mother of Georgia and Holy Trinity Church are viewable from your window! I really can't say enough about this place, and enjoyed my stay immensely. Do yourself a favor and book here.
