  One of the best experience,stayed there almost a week with my colleagues on business trip in Tbilisi. Rich Georgian breakfast which prepares Mama Mia everyday is really delicious and truly tasty. Family atmosphere and you feel yourself at home.Clean and comfortable rooms with high speed WI-FI - This B&B is one of the best offer in Tbilisi. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to stay in Tbilisi on value money.

  A homely place run by friendly Nikoloz and his loving mom Mia .. if u want warmth and Georgian hospitality , then you will love this place .. the room had cubicle shower , but the wc was outside .. mouth watering breakfast .. and good privacy also do take sight seeing trips by Nikoloz .. he will make u fall in love with tblisi and Georgian people

  Many thanks to our tour guide Nikoloz who is very nice, friendly, accommodating, helpful and most especially who speaks very well english. He made our stay in Georgia hassle free and memorable. If you plan to go to georgia, you need to know that only few people there knows how to speak English. Im glad to have Nikoloz as our tour guide, we got to know history of every places we went to. He is very flexible and you can rely on his support during your trip. Next time we visit Georgia, we'll still definitely take Nikoloz as our guide and stay at mama Mia's Guest House to try her very rich breakfast everyone is talking about! We had a great stay at Georgia! Thanks Nikoloz! -Shannese & Chris

  One of the best experience, great central location,everything is near-by such as cafes,bars, restaurants and even 24 hours massive supermarkets and Georgian restaurant Bernard. It is also really not far from the city center (Old town). Owners Mia and her son Niko are very friendly and accomodating people. Very good service in terms of organising Taxi service from hotel to old town (touristic spot),They have their own taxi driver who will take you to old town and bring you back to hotel for very affordable cheap price if you are staying in Mia B&B Tbilisi family hotel. As for our room - we chose Executive Double Room with breakfast. Room itself was quite big and very clean with all neccessary facilities, also we had our proper private bathroom.Highly reccomended place in Tbilisi, especially if you are bored with 5 stars hotel services and seeking real Georgian life in family environment

  If you really want to find real Georgian life and hospitality, you should really visit Mia's hotel. Great place and quite affordable,clean and comfortable rooms with all neccessary facilities,really friendly and warm atmosphere in the guesthouse.You will experience the best of Georgian hospitality with a great tasteful breakfast. Hotel owners Mia and Niko are very friendly and helpful people. We definetely recommend this place to our colleagues and friends.

  So friendly and warm environment, I have really been taken care of during my stay in this lovely family hotel. This is the place to stay if you enjoy unexpected meetings with interesting people from all over the world, during breakfast. Nice city views from balcony,excellent food, very friendly staff, owners Mia and Nikoloz run and manage the business quite effectively.This is also the place to stay if you want to live in the center but also need a quiet atmosphere to be able to sleep. I had so many nice conversations with the owners and everyone else working and staying at this popular hotel in Tbilisi. Overall my expectations has been exceeded and honestly looking forward to come over one day
