It could be better. The problem is the silence. There is good location near the Old Town.

Очень хороший хостел. Но есть одно правлило: распитие алкогольных напитков после 23:00 запрещены. Хостел находиться в жилом доме и вести себя надо тихо, что бы соседи не жаловались.

Although the place is ok. The staff, particularly the brunette woman are rude and have no concept of hospitality. She watched her endless youtube videos at full volume until gone midnight. She couldn't wait for me to go. Not surprised i appeared to be the only guest.

I really can´t recommend this hostel. Most of the staff is rude and not helpful (whit one exception). For example one staff was angry at us for boiling eggs in the pan she wanted to cock coffee in. They have only one shower and 2 toilets for 20 people. So you can wait for a long time. When I instead brushed my tees in the kitchen i was yelled at!
We stayed there for 5 days, and in the end you realize that the staff looks at you as a problem rather than a costumer.. So I think there are a lot of better hostels in Tbilisi, there are plenty to chose from, whit better prizes then Cozy Hostel
