The staff are kind and always attentive to details. They have air con inside the rooms and a nice pool outside for cool downs to beat that warm Western temps.

Service is Average . Pool is dirty, food is pathetic, noisy staff. Only benefit closer to airport.
They called at 10 pm to say that we owe them $7 for water bottle. They could have asked it in the morning. Not recommended.

My workmate and i checked into the hotel together. She left early morning to catch a flight. I was called at 7am in the morning and was told that i have passed my check out time. The actual checkout time is 10-11am! The hotel had a large group checking in hence were disturbing and requesting locals to check out early! Horrible customer service!

Incompetent staff and management. Typical poorly cared for Indian run hotelFood takes forever and due to the high cost of meat in Fiji it only has bones no meat!!

Mosquitoes and frogs everywhere. When I stayed there, we had a power blackout from10pm to 8am next day. No TV remote control and no iron and ironing board in the room despite repeated requests. Wi-Fi is only restricted to the reception area. It's more a low cost budget motel. Stay there if you have no other choice.

it does not like a hotel, should call a motel. nothing here and need taxi in and out. pool was dirty and frog in it. food so bad and so costly, bedbugs in room. thief came police was in hotel and i have been told it always in happen this place.

not safe. stayaway!
