The staff are the best
the hotel pool is amazing and the rooms are spacious. check-in check-out can be better. missing some local food favourites but overall we have awesome stay service with a smile .response / report this review -

A beautiful retreat for the family! As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted by local singers in the amazing foyer. There are so many places for the family to unwind including playground, beach and huge games room. We preferred to enjoy beers at the bar and the cool breeze of the fans

Love this resort! A great family destination. Amazing pool weaves through the resort with a bar for the grown ups and a water slide for the young and young at heart. Great mix of shade and sun over the pool so easy to stay in all day. Always something going on so the kids never get bored. Tours, Jet skis and all the usual available for the big kids to enjoy too. The staff are wonderful. Their greeting when you arrive "welcome home" says it all. We will definitely be back.

First time staying at Radisson Blu and we absolutely loved it!! We will definitely be going back again and again. The pools we're amazing and perfect for families. My 15 mth old loved the resort. The view of the beach while relaxing on the deck, was breathtaking. Amazing dining options. Every staff we encountered at Radisson were so warm and friendly. Our room was clean and beautiful. We love, love, love Fiji and Radisson Blu ❤️

What a beautiful hotel! The pool and grounds are outstanding. The one-bedroom suites are spacious and stylish - especially the newly refurbished rooms. Any issues were quickly and kindly managed. The restaurants were all delicious with very welcoming staff. Note that lagoon view rooms don't always have a lagoon view. They can be garden view on lagoon side. The hotel is very relaxed but still offers excellent service. We would return. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Vinaka.

Honestly would of rated this place 4 star but they were painting the room above two mornings in a row even when we told them it happened the day before. Management is laughable especially when this was off season no excuse.
Beyond that it is a family resort. You have been warned. The restaurants are good but price is up there. Staff in general are good.response / report this review -

Very nice hotel with all the luxuries you would expect. Great sized rooms, restaurant options and pools! Adults only pool was a great place to chill. The Thai restaurant had excellent food and service here was very good. Good proximity to the port so you could eat out and have a wonder. A good hotel, but if you want a beautiful beach you have to leave mainland and head to the islands.

Sensational facility. Great service, great food, rooms are clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend.
Had a single night stay for a family of 5 with 2 joining rooms. Everyone is very helpful, especially the the concierge. Our transport did not turn up, he took it upon himself to provide us with an alternative transfer to the airport today. He went beyond his duty for us. We did not catch his name but would like to thank him very much.

Great hotel with a not so great beach.
This hotel nice very nice pools, including a secluded adult pool. On site restaurants offer a good choice between the buffet style, fast food and fine dining.
The rooms are good size and beds are very comfy. The only downside is the couch which was, well, disgusting.
The main problem with the hotel, and that goes for all the hotels in this area is that the beach is horrible and the often black from the ash.response / report this review -

Absolutely loved the Radisson, a little on the pricey side but it is to be expected at a resort of this caliber. The buffet breakfasts were great and I loved the various swimming pools. Staff are always happy and ready to help or answer any questions

We just enjoyed our second stay at the Radisson Blu resort in Fiji. I cannot rate this resort highly enough. The hospitality, the service, kids club, pools, restaurantseverything about the Radisson Blu is amazing. Our children haven't stopped talking about the wonderful team at the kids club and can't wait to go back.

Excellent place to stay. Customer service/experience was beyond all expectations. The only issue that I have is their set prices for taxis. They charge more than double the average taxi does. Apart from that a great family orientated place to stay.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HoteIRaven. com Booked a hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around
We found our room to be spacious, clean and well appointed. I think the slightly musty smell to begin with was from it being closed up. But the smell soon went. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good. There was plenty of entertainment for children, but not for adults. Loved this hotel. Many dining options with good prices. Pool is designed very nicely mimicking the ocean with separated pools and hot tubs in the adults area. Many spots to find some privacy.

Outstanding experience for all ages! Friendly staff who are always willing to make your holiday amazing. The swiming pool bar was the highlight for us. Great variety of adventure activities available at the report. Room was clean with beautiful views of the Pacific ocean. Great variety of food choices available as well. Located at the heart of Denarau in Nadi Fiji.

Best Hotel of my Fiji Trip. Hotel was amazingly clean, above and beyond staff. The pools were great. Nearly the best food options of the other hotels in the area. Rooms were Big, Clean and felt New. Attention to detail is a key note of this hotel
