Avoid the hotel at all cost, these are even not honest person, I booked family room and paid in full in advance, when I arrived, I was given the last room with one small bed, I had to squeeze in by combine with a dirty sofa to fit two adult and two kids, they apologized and asked us to deal with travel agent (AMEX travel), however after I back from holiday, what they told AMEX is that is the family room which made me speechless. I didn't expect much due to all bad reviews by other traveler, though it might be ok to stay one night in downtown. Other than this, it is dirty and noisy.

Realy bad place to go the chinese girl at the reception is a real hustler try to over price rooms and give moldy one!! I suggest u to go somewhere else

Don't be cheated by this so called "hotel". It is a dump. I had stayed in terrible rundown hotels before, this place takes full honors of being the worse. There was no free shuttle back to the airport - they will fleece you to pay up another FJD20/-. Rooms were worse than dirty, towels - none until you ask many times. And then, a dirty towel is given. Take my advice, stay away.

The staff is friendly, although they often less up online bookings but then you might get a more expensive room for the same price. Cenral location but very loud at night. Could be cleaner.

If you want to do some shopping or spend the day with locals is a good location. The rooms are nothing special. Just enough for one night. Stuff are friendly and helpful. Wifi only in the restaurant. We did not eat there, just note that the breakfast is free but poor.

They made me pay twice my stay of one night! They said they cancelled the payment I did with my VISA card, but the money never returned to my bank account. This was in 10th april.

Customer service is the worst ever . . . Staff named Amelia needs to be polite to customers . . . I was asking for availibility she continually asked do you Wana book or not and hung up 3 times. I urgently needed a place to stay and this was the nearest but unfortunately this is what happened.

Looks shoddy. But still a place in Nadi downtown for a footrest, shower or aircon. Price is cheap enough for a stopover.
