Place is very convenient. It’s in town. 2mins walk to MHCC & Tappoo City. Very secured. Receptionist & security are very welcoming. Place needs abit of upgrade. Aircon unit is old. Ceiling fan is old & kinda low. Should install wall fans. Toilet sits needs to be changed. Peek hours hot water is not so hot. Pool is warm. Doesn’t have pool cover & is dirty at times. Balcony lights don’t work & needs changing. Tv needs to be upgraded to flat screen tv’s plus it needs good antenna. Tv doesn’t catch properly. Other then that. The place is alright & peaceful.

1 of 3 lights worked, single bed top sheet on our double bed, beds to sleep 4 with 1 chair and 2 stools, had to buy milk for tea and coffee, shower digusting, see through toilet paper(Don't know how they did that one), goat trail road out front. Oh 1 ok view of the harbour but not outside any room. FAIL.

Nice apartment. Beautiful views of Suva city. Though due to high geographical location struggled to get hot water during peak times. Every thing else perfect. Watchmen and reception staff available 24 hours a day.

Overpriced and unpleasant.. air condition is quite old and does not serve its purpose.. the only aspect i found appealing was the warm and helpful service of Fijian service attendants.. accommodation needs major improvement in basic amenities

Best thing about this place - location. Other than that - Heavy Mould on ceilings on every room, toaster cord was sticky taped together my sheets had holes in it from rodent bites or wear and tear, found black and yellow mould all over my pillow when I took the cover off. If it was a backpackers hostel I wouldnt complain. But for the price they are charging per room per night they should be fixing this ASAP. The locals who live in modest conditions have much better hygienic housing standards. I hope they read this and fix it before someone reports them to a health inspector. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. But terrible management and lack of regular maintenance has meant this place has become mould city.

We were not happy with the service the room was neglected and had lots of bed bugs. The toilet and bathroom was very old and dirty and it had a very filthy smell. We didn't receive a discount and at our stay we had a very bad experience. Just to ensure you the pictures on the website are totally different then the rooms

Pathetic hotel. they have bed bugs rooms are dirty kitchen stove is rusted. no cleanliness and swimming pool is worst if u r a hygenic person dont go

It was appalling! The room had cleary not been cleaned, as the floor was sticky, there was hair in the bathroom, (not mine) and the bin was full of rubbish! To top it off, the bed was infested with ticks or bed bugs, absolutely disgusting! I STRONGLY advise people to avoid staying here at all costs!

Worst place. The place is so horrible.. it looks like a haunted place.. and there are bed bugs in the bed. The stove is rusted. Oldest tv and room stinks. Dont go there
