Great place to stay thats a great alternative to the big resorts. Great food, a good bar and staff that are energetic and friendly
great place to stay on a low budget. Nice and relaxing. Internet was better than I thought it would be, but would good if it was available in the rooms. Also, some washcloths would be of use
Great place to stay. The premises, The Staff, The view, Awesome
Amazing place! Beautiful location and facilities. Dorms that I stayed in are very clean and nice, however some of my friends said there was bedbugs in one of the rooms. There is a lot of included activities to do with what you pay such as yoga, waterfall tours and weaving. Breakfast is provided from a small selection, however only thing is that the food is very expensive to buy (but very well cooked).
REASONABLY priced dorm room options just be sure to carry locks with you and perhaps even towels. Not very close to any shopping places so be sure to pack your snacks and more. ABSOLUTE GET AWAY and such a warm family sort of resort. Its been our getaway now since a couple years.
Simply AMAZING! You must visit it, the landscape is unique and there are plenty of activities you can do inside the hotel (e.g. Snorkeling, yoga).
I booked for two nights and ended up staying for ten. The staff where super friendly and helpful.
Especially Cormac Brown over seeing the place making sure things are in place and everything runs smoothly. He made our time feel unique and on the last night exceeded our expectations with a great party.
The location is perfect for the adventurer of all ages. There is so many activities you just need to ask. If just chilling in a hammock on a white beach is your thing then this is also the perfect place followed by some sunset drinks on the deck. Accomodation ranges from single hideaways to dorm rooms and the crowd is a good mix of young, old, couples and single travelers.
Lovely location, comfortable private rooms and dorms, Beachouse is a great place for a weekend away, a stop on a flashbacking adventure, or, outside of schoolies season, a nice place for families.
A beach, ample hammocks, Slackline, and games room plus free kayaking means there is no shortage of entertainment. If you fancy something more elaborate like rafting trips, hikes, horseriding, scuba diving, snorkeling all is possible.
Food is generally decent, tho you will want to make a trip out to Eco Cafe (10min drive) for lunch at least once.
Private rooms are spacious and have outdoor showers.
Nice and quiet place with beautiful beach and sunset. A little bit in the middle of nowhere. If you get bored take a tour to waterfalls with a local guide or hop on a bus to Sigatoga.
Great relaxed ambience great for day trip good food reasonable price friendly staff
Great surf instructor, good vibes, free scones after lesson
Best place to do surf for beginner.
Stayed here for 5 nights. The food was not good at all, and the " continental breakfast" is just toast and peanut butter/ butter. The showers/ bathrooms are shared with everyone and SO GROSS filled with bugs/ bandaids/ and more. Our room had bedbugs and when we inquired they told us we could switch to the room NEXT DOOR. I'm sure that room still has bed bugs. For the price i understand that's what we were getting but COME ON.
Great place Internet could be better tho
Chillest place ON EARTH ! Would have stayed there a few months if I could have done so
The Beachouse is a fantastic spot - always something going on, surfing, fishing, diving - don't miss Keni's shark snorkeling trips. Hammocks to chill out in, tables to sit round and shoot the breeze.
Good spot to crash for a day or two or three. Very friendly people and the food is good too.
Not quite what I expected but a convenient place for some downtime between Suva & Nadi.
Was very disappointed by the compulsory meal package on my first night, 2nd evening the dinner was excellent but it's not great value.
Great place! The proximity to the beach is incredible with a beautiful sunset daily along with swing hammocks, and coconut trees that offer terrific photos at sunset. At high tide the lagoon is perfect for swimming with a great little right hander for surfing further out.
Always something going on and what made this place for us was the strong integration with the local Fijians coming through with there friendly attitudes and small businesses that can add value to your days - i.e horse riding, jungle treks and snorkelling tours. In which easy new friends were made.
The downside was the shower that we were in only had hot water for about 2 minutes. Upon arriving we also had to agree to a compulsory meal plan which was good but surprising as we were unaware of this prior.
In all a great place to stay and meet people relax and uncover a real Fiji.
Positives: Good position, very nice beach, most of hosts (except somebody) very friendly and kind.
Negatives: discontinue hot water in our room. No WiFi available in room (they say this on website). Also in the common area WiFi sometime doesn't work. No furnishing in room (no armchair or a chair).
Great value for money. Awesome people. Great place. Barabak
really great place to stay with the family, very friendly staff. Unfortunately we were double charged for our accommodation & even though Beachouse agree to this - in writing, we are fighting them for a refund! Also one of our rooms only had power part of the time so no hot water or lights & couldn't charge phones, no other room was offered & no reduction of charge.
I'm sure there are other locations that offer better facilities & financially are not rippoffs
