An instance of Omena hotel brand: basic rooms to sleep in, great location in the city center, no extra services, lower room price. Reservation and access codes are dealt with online and text messages. Prices are rather high compared to room standard and lack of services.

Some people might find it awkward, as there are no people working in the hotel. The whole process of checking in is completely automated and all you need is the codes from your reservation. But then again, this is what makes the hotel so cheap for the central location in Helsinki!

A budget hotel near the central of Helsinki. Great location. Since there is no reception and one has to enter inside using a secret code, he/she has to wait till check in time (4 pm) outside the hotel. The location is terrific.

Wery basic hotel/motel. Bathroom and all the furniture were cramped in a tiny too. No hand towels. Also it was not clear if the breakfast was included or not. The breakfast place was a nearby restaurant.

Omena hotel is a simple place but it's well located (near the bus and metrostation). The room was cleaned and organized. They sent me the password to get in the hotel and in the room, because they don't have receptionist. But everything worked out very well. For sure I recommend this hotel!

Best cheapo accommodqtion in Helsinki. Choose this over any other Omena hotel in the city.

Very clever setup of room. Everything works with a five digit code. Clean, free WiFi. Very central.

Worst experience ever. Doorcode to get in to the hotel did not work for us and at least eight other guests. Support telephone outside was never answered. Telephonenumber given in confirmationmail out of order. We hade to go to another hotel to get a room instead. We will try to get our money back. Never this hotel again.

Cheap hotel in the center near Kamppi coach station, 7 min walk. Great location, access by code. Fridge, kettle, microwave, shower, 2 additional couches.
