Bathroom’s plumbing gurgled and smelled bad. Run down and bleak room. Plusses: decent breakfast, okay staff, big breakfast. But would not recommend.

There was no heating in bathroomand outside is 0 degrees. When arrived even room itself didnt have heating. Needed to turn it on manually. Rest was fine

80s motel feel. Rooms are in need of a deeper clean. Rooms look unfinished and "old". Location is somewhat nice. Sound insulation is sub standard. Reception staff is pleasent.

Good location near the main train station. The room was quite large, beds comfortable, shower a bit weak but hot enough. Good breakfast included as well, plus a locked luggage room if youre arriving early and/or leaving late.

Enjoyable hotel with good service. Their free breakfasts are great and lactose free, the hotel restaurant offers great food and it really helps that they are so central in the city. However, the rooms and the hallways generally don't look too pleasant and the view from my room wasn't fantastic. Still recommended though.

Excellent location close to a tram and metro that can get you anywhere around Helsinki. The free WiFi is great for travelers. In addition, the breakfast provided is high quality. The staff went out of their way to provide my family breakfast at 6am with prepackaged bagged foods, despite us not explicitly asking. Incredibly great to work with, and I'll be staying there again next time I'm in the city.

Great location, walking distance from the railway station, good restaurants and city attractions.
We got a 2 - bedroom suite with 4 twin beds and 2 TVS for a price of a large room. Beds were super comfortable and bathroom very clean.
The breakfast buffet had s nice variety and quality food. The reception staff were very helpful and gracious. They even stored our luggage for us after we checked out until about 5 pm.
My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer in this hotel.response / report this review -

Decent hotel with an excellent location in the heart of Helsinki. My room, however, was on the small side and clearly not recently renovated. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom outdated with white tiles all the way up to the ceiling.

Everything was alright. Friendly staff. Very thoughtful to prepare our breakfast pack in advance so that we could still have breakfast even though we checked out very very early in the morning. 24hr front desk is very helpful.

Friendly staff and the rooms were good. Excellent location as walking distance to City Centre and shopping district. The breakfast was decent.
