Together with a friend, I stayed at the Hilton Helsinki Strand three nights. I booked the Twin Plus Room with the Executive Lounge promoton. Check-in was quick and efficient but not necessarily welcoming. The room was good, slightly smaller than I expected. Beds, duvet and pillows were comfortable. Amenities were standard. Water pressure in the bathroom was on the low side, to my taste. Housekeeping was good. The best part of our stay was the decision to add the Executive Lounge access. Included are the breakfast buffet (very good) and daily from 18:00 till 20:00 a drinks and finger-food buffet that actually was surprisingly good.
Staying at the Hilton was meeting basic expectations, but -with an exception to the Lounge arrangement- not more than

We had such an amazing time at the hotel! Loved the swimming area, especially the outdoor pool. Drinks were good from the pool bar and enjoyed all the restaurants at the hotel. Would love to come back and visit again. Really beautiful walking paths around the hotel as well during summer.

Great and pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious and cozy. The temperature is a bit too cold. 21°C, and was not adjustable. Nice bathroom with the heated floor. Hotel is located in a good place. 20 min walk to the city centre. It got a gym, not big, but basic equipment is there. Really good sauna and swimming pool. I went for a lunch here as well. For €14 I got acces to buffet with dishes of a day. Seafood soup was the best I ever had. Underground parking is available, but expensive.

Had 4 great nights here.

The rooms are clean, well heated, comfortable and equipped with all the modern fittings and features you would need.

The hotel itself is located very strategically in a quite neighborhood. It’s easily accessible in about 20 minutes from Helsinki airport by car and it’s located in a 1.4 km radius from most of the major attractions of the city which makes it easy to walk to.

The breakfast which is served daily is fresh and has a wide variety and being a Diamond member, we had access to the executive lounge which served good drinks and refreshments daily during working hours.

The front desk stuff were polite , courteous and very helpful in furnishing us travel information and tips we needed.

Newly refurbished and very well situated for business. Swimming pool small and not suitable for training, good gym and sauna. Rooms large, very well equipped, with good internet.
Decent restaurant for breakfast and dinner, although there are many alternatives within close reach.

Fantastic hotel. Great rooms with lovely views of the sea. Some of the communal areas are a bit dated but the rooms are modern and well equipped. Executive lounge has delicious food and alcoholic drinks available during the evening. Breakfast is also fantastic with a huge selection of items. Staff are very nice. It's not cheap but it is worth every penny.

Oh my god this place is nice. There is a gym that is very clean, you have to reserve a sauna but it just takes a talk with the front desk. The staff is just amazing, my girlfriend was feeling ill and they helped me showed me how to get to the hospital and make arrangements. This place was awesome, the room was so nice overlooking the water and in walking distance to everything.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at and I stay at 4-5 hotels per month since quite a few years. The room was fantastic, the whole hotel is really beautifully designed and the bar is beyond awesome.

Stayed here during a conference. Enjoyed the perfect room, service and food.
It is really clean and new. Close.to weather and walk distance from city centre.
The conference held place in the hotel and we got really good service here to. The second day we ate lunch in the hotel. Good buffet with enough amount of warm and cold alternatives. In the afternoon we got waffles and chocolate mouse.

You feel warmly welcome immediately after you have presented yourself, the staff is extraordinary kind and helpful. Spacious room with a splendid view to the port (from room 742). Meeting room is just perfect, food is good.

Although a bit old fashioned looking on the outside the inside is very contemporary, clean and fresh. Room had a lovely view of the marina. Well maintained and good service. Friendly staff. The breakfast has an outstanding selection, all of high quality. Not too far to walk to the town centre

We had a beautiful fifth floor room with a view of the water. The furnishings were smart and comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The sauna/pool was a welcome respite after a day of walking and sightseeing. It's a short jaunt into the main tourist areas along an easy route. We'd stay again.

Well the lobby bar has no service at afternoons during weekends. Reception tries to provide the service if asked, but the service delivered is horrible. Coffees were cold and came at different timesI think latte and capuchino should have some difference.

Very nice hotel, convenient for tram and busses in Helsinki. Nice view out over the water and city. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice heated floor in the bathroom! Quite a spectacular atrium and comfortable sitting area and restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff. There is a Sixt car rental office in the hotel

Loved my stay here. Comfortable rooms, good location on the waterfront and a short walk into town.
Good facilities- gym/spa/pool.
The resteraunt was good quality. Service was always great.
The bar was very cool.
