Can't find better service. I like the cafe lounge upstairs. You can relax and watch the game. I never saw it too crowded and the staff are the best. Wi-Fi is spotty, but that seems to be the standard city wide The food and drinks here are nothing but awesome. Its always clean, always. This is a really nice place although I've never got a room, but I have no doubt that they're just as nice

Such a very quiet and descent place to stay . They also have a good service. I visit the place almost once or twice in a week. I love Ras Amba Hotel, Addis Ababa

Im the most likely visitor ras amba hotel.its cool, silent and have great hospitality. Be side that there is no chair and couldn't seat out side spot like balcony or verandah pls,review such little thing and make a fantasy to customers.10Q

This hotel has the most modern and comfortable bed room facilities. The breakfast is also good particularly the juice was fresh and tasty. However, the bath room has a kind of unpleasant smell presumably escaping from the poor connection of the sewage system. The visibility of the TV channels are also poor. We repeatedly told to the reception to improve the quality but they never corrected the problem. I hope things will improve in the future.

The Worst Hotel in Addis that i had ever been ; Very arrogant and not problem solving Manager I often travel to addis I will never be staying at htis Hotel again. No tip no waiter serving U room dirty and and waiters very sad. the only good tthing is the best view of addis from the terrace the rest is all shit and crap.
they say credit cards are accepted yet it is not true. Beware.response / report this review
