  A hotel 20 years past it's prime. Reminds me of the movie "The Shining". The staff is polite and the beds are acceptable.

  Nowadays Addis has lots of options for accommodation needs.even being aware of this fact,i tend to stay there.
  The tranquility, spaciousness of the compound makes it unique from downtown hotels.
  Staff is also very friendly and pro.
  far from city centre but close to airport

  I know this place was nice,and plan to stay for weeks,but on 1st day I learned the place is out everything,site .mind..when a visit da rooms to select there is a phone in every room,I left the for lunch and back to room with aplan to have a dinner a hotel with my pregnant wife but no phone there ,I walk down to restaurant and no customer ,I picked an order and here is a receipt and food
  .just got here to donate your blood for crazy mosquitos and wist your money

  @KABAYAN travelzad please be sure to post about serious matters.The owner was very kind along with her co workers.The hotel is known to win multi trophy as the one and only for traditional and modern style food around addis comparing to hotels as sheraton & hilton. 10 mins from the airport location is quite peacefull and away from the drama locations.and they do provide a nice transportations all around city of addis.Met the owner in person very
  down to earth person.the energy + vibe =best

  The hotel is far from downtown and the rooms where there is no ventilation so the room is hot
