The rooms are very comfortable and the receptionist is very nice. The food at the buffet is alright but it has a nice location quite close to places like the Prado museum.

Convenient location, good breakfast, clean, spacious. Rooms are way too warm but with the window open all night I managed to sleep. Overall very good hotel.

I went to the Hotel to visit some relatives. The experience was nice, everything was really clean and the rooms were big enough for a couple. The location is far from the center to go walking but by taxi is no more of 10 euros. Very nice.

I did not enjoy my stay here, which was because my room had no natural light and cramped. It could and should of been good but though the staff were helpful though they never smiled. The hotel felt flat for some reason. They provided a good choice of breakfast. The location is good and the train station is really close which greatly influenced my choice. Museums close by also hop on bus stops are a short walk if you use them, I did and enjoyed being able to see so much in a few days.

A nice and very acceptable hotel. Just 10min walk from Atocha Renfe station and 20min to Prado museum.
Kind employees. Clean, bed was comfortable, you can open the window.
Breakfirst was also very good. Very large restaurant served with many fruits, breads, sausages, and coffee.
One thing I disappointed that the hotel gave us a smoking, twin bed room without any explanation although what we reserved was non-smoking and double bed one.
Room was a little bit noisy. You should prepare earplugs if you are sensitive at night.

Whatever you do, stay away from the dinner restaurant. Breakfast is fine though.

Near to atocha station, relatively clean but everything works. Check out Don Giovanni restaurant if you're craving for Italian food!
