Perfect hotel to visit Madrid. Location is just 100 m fro Grand Via, 300 m from Sol . Everything within 15 mins walking. Very very helpful stuff that do its best every time you refer. Great breakfast.
There is no heating besides AC - after 15 mins the room air is very dry. The room had persistant unpleasant odor - probably some issues with instalation.

The hotel is located in the center, next to a metro station and it was easy to go from there to any place. We asked for a room in a high floor with view and we got a room that answers all our wishes. The room was big, the bed is comfortable. We also got a surprise for our 4th anniversary.
The breakfast is located in the 5th floor and there is a nice view from there. The food was tasty.
We really enjoyed and hopefully will stay again in this hotel.response / report this review -

Nice to stay clean friendly staff 2 beds 1 bed rooms. Lifts free WiFi go desk for pin. Card to open door also use this for lights in room. Breakfast bar on fifth floor. Will hold your bags for you. Short walk to centre both ways. Breakfast 6.00 till 12.00. Windows in room are unsafe for small children if both Windows are open inner & outter they can fall out BE CLEAR ON THIS UNSAFE.

The hotel staff members were super kind: I stayed in this hotel for more than 3 months and they made everything to make me feel comfortable and closer to my home.

Bang in the middle of Madrid. Modern hotel even though the room in some areas could do with some maintenance. Air-conditioning broke middle of stay. Was offered portable unit or move to another hotel. Was able to check out other hotel first and then they paid for transport. Also had some money back for slight downgrade in room, thanks. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Decent speed WiFi which is free.

Pleasant, well situated hotel with a superb breakfast offering. Our room had an excellent view of the local government building nearby but also a lingering unpleasant smell. Staff were excellent.

Friendly, helpful reception, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, quiet room with very clean and spacious en suite, both a kettle and an ipad were loaned to us for our stay. Location could not have been better, so close to Sevilla and Sol metro stations. Lovely toiletries provided and plenty of free coffee downstairs in the afternoons.

Located in a centre place of Madrid. Easy access to shopping area. Ample eating places around. Very close by to 3 metro stations.
