After a frustrating and long night spent at the airport trying to resolve some issues we had with flights this was our first positive experience since the previous evening when being checked in at our original airport. Due to delays we missed our connection and were sent to this hotel. Upon arrival reception was very busy but the staff dealt with us as quickly as quickly as they could and were incredibly welcoming, polite, professional and friendly. Everything was resolved easily (including reimbursement for the taxi as promised by the airline) and we were quickly off to our very clean and comfortable room. We had some breakfast which was great-lots of variety and fresh food.
We arranged for a transfer to the airport which was free of charge, prompt and again very professional and friendly.
This isn't a 5 star hotel but is fantastic and served our needs perfectly. Thank you to all of the staff.response / report this review -

Smart looking suites with a good selection of breakfast food, the pool seemed very nice although it was closed. Overall good experience at a not to expensive price.

check in is sloooow.
it takes approximately 5min minimum per room to check in.
reception is not efficient and provides information and check in service same time.
result - if you have 2 people in front that's 20 min wait for your turn.
there is a kitchen. but wait - no cooking utensils or glasses. I came to realise that just before cooking lunch. apparently you need 20€ deposit in case you run away with a pan.
breakfast is satisfactory.
rooms are good.

Nice apartments, comfortable and modern. Very few appliances, for example, there were only 3 plates and 3 knives and forks. Big pool outside for use in the summer. Well located.

The hotel shuttle was a breeze to call. wait until you get to the terminal 1 hotel bus stop to call. When you call just wait through the options (all in spanish) and someone will come on the phone. The ride is short and we arranged the morning shuttle at check in. the rooms are spacious and the tubs bog and nice. The breakfast was good, some hot food mostly breads cheese and cold cuts.

Alojamiento correcto para personas que buscan hospedarse una o dos noches. Las habitaciones son de buena calidad, son grandes lujos, ideal para una noche económica en Madrid.

A nice hotel not far from the Madrid airport. A nice surprise: we got an appartment instead of a room. A disappointment: we got a double bed instead of two single beds. A transfer from/to the airport included in the price.
