A very elegant hotel with nice personal and good services.

My brother got married here. Cocktail was restricted to a too small area - even if they had said we would have access to more space, but they didn't. Also it was surprising that all the cheese we brought ourselves, disappeared (and considering that many friends and family who attended told us that they hadn't even seen the cheese table so no accès to eat it, it was quite difficult that all of it was eaten by just a few attendants). Last but not least, I had signed a compromise to take with me all the food that had not been eaten in the wedding, so to take it to a social dinner place for people in lack of food. To my surprise the morning after they said there had been no leftovers! This is the first wedding I go that this happens.
I had a good time because of the people and the party, but left with uncomfortable feelings with the people that organised the cocktail and with the people involved in the food management and kitchen. I would have liked more trustworthy explanationsresponse / report this review -

It's a brilliant hotel it has everything you need including a indoor and outdoor swimming pool the staff is soo helpful. You can tell how good it's going to be from the outside. The hotel is near the Madrid stadium and a metro. I recommend this hotel if you go to Madrid Spain.

One of the best hotels to stay. Little far from the city. But the rooms and nice and luxurious. The breakfast is nice and staffs are very helpful. Will visit them again.

This hotel is the best hotel I've ever visited. This is the first five stars hotel I visit attending a professional event, and I can say it's excellent. The room is quite big, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom has everything you need. You also can iron your clothes and have a tea. The food is tasty and yummy. The personal is always looking after you to help you for everything you can imagine. Best service I've ever got for meals. The tempeture is warm and the hotel also has a lot of extra services such as a spa, massage, gym, etc.. Definitely I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice location, walking distance from the reason for my visit (hospital Ramon y Cajal). Nothing else near by that tourists would be interested in, however the subway system is convenient. Service is very good, especially for a non Spanish speaker such as myself. Only complaints are with the room. The shower didn't drain and the air conditioning did not work.
