Friendly people, nearly new cars, 'all-inclusive' policy so you know how much it's going to cost when you book. I'll go there again. So many sharks, it's nice to deal with a decent company.

We hired a car for 2 days. It's the best car rental service we have ever experienced. Picked up from the airport, no deposit needed to be paid and given the car keys and we were on our way! When dropping the car off we were a little late and they were quick to respond and give us a little extra time to drop the car off with no extra charge. Fast, efficient and cheap. We will definitely be using them again and again.

Rented twice from them and will not go with any other agency since then. Always excellent service. Cars are new or almost new. Very professional staff. Very short waiting time especially when returning the car. My experience is based on taking the full pack rate. It’s truly the best worry free rate and I highly recommend it. While it’s more expensive than the others I prefer the peace of mind.

Absolutely brilliant service. We rented a BMW 1 Series which was a great car in spotless condition. We paid for the full pack and enjoyed the smoothest transaction. Would highly recommend and would only go back to them if visiting again

Highly recommended this rent-a-car company. You can get there from the airport easily by their shuffle bus. No deposit needed at the full insurance pack. We had a class better new BMW than booked! Had a fantastic week together with this lovely car. Same-same fuel policy is also okay. No hidden costs, nothing negative I could say. Dropping off the car at the end of renting is more quick than expected. Surely will come back when I'll be in Málaga! Thank you!

Brilliant. So quick and easy to get the mini bus and pick up the vehicle. No fuss return.. just check the petrol and hop on the mini bus for the short trip to the Airport. Will absolutely use again.

In the past two years between my wife and I we have hired about 12 cars, that does not cover the number over preceding years. We have only had some very small issues which would not prompt us to move to another company. Overall we are very satisfied, with one stand out quibble, most of your staff make eye contact when signing you up but one or two (young staff) do not make eye contact when talking to you, most irritating .

Painless! The best, fastest and simplest rental experience I've ever had. No hard sell, happy if you have your own collision damage waiver policy. No surprises when checking the car back in.
The only issues I had were working out how to use the electric hand brake when doing hill starts and locating the button to open the refueling hatch (there wasn't one). I could have asked when picking up the car but for me a bit of self learning is an excellent trade off for a speedy hire process.

Booking car via web was straightforward, and communication pretty easy when we had to change the pickup time. We headed straight from our hotel to their office to collect the car, didn't have to queue. Be aware that they don't come out and check the cars condition (as we do in the UK), so I'd advise maybe photographing it before you leave. We were lucky we did as the car had a pretty big dent on the rear bumper which I hadn't noticed - the photos proved it was there when we collected it. Phew ! We were on a half-full fuel policy, again no issues.
Advice:
If in UK, take out a cheap "car hire excess" insurance policy to be safe (costs approx £10 for a week - covers everything)
In any case, take some photos of the car before you take it. Some of their cars aren't in too great shape.
Be aware that unless you take their full insurance that you will have a charge on your credit card (approx £1000) which is only lifted after 10 days or sobut this is standard practice I think.
We had no issues on returning the car, and were shuttled to the airport with no hassles
Overall they were good, I'd use them again, and would recommend based on this one experience.response / report this review -

Have used Malaga cars a few times now - great service - can be a bit of a wait if very busy - no silly claims of damage - back out in june aug and oct - already booked with them

picked up a car for second time, I received email after first visit to let me know I get discount of 5% but it wasn't added also I wanted to keep car for 4 more hours and was charged 75 Euro but online was 60 Euro additional.
Service is good though. Bit of a let down in terms of offering promotions then not complying with them.response / report this review -

An excellent car hire company. Picked us up from the airport. Did the paperwork in less than 5 minutes. Didn't try and sell us extra insurance. driving away in 10 minutes. Best experience I've had with any car hire company

After some confusion by all waiting as to where the bus was to collect us outside the airport, all went smoothly. Nice lady at check-in, almost brand new car with no damage. And return very simple. Pick up will be easier once we know the system as with all things. Best prices I could find with an airport rental company for a 5 week hire.
