The overall experience has been positive. I have not been to other psychologists so I cannot give a contrasting opinion. In my case, I found it useful, although I consider that I still have to put into practice what I have learned in the long term. The staff that has attended me; Felix, has behaved with kindness and calm.

I can only have words of gratitude. After years of considering whether or not to see a psychologist, the Aaron Beck Psychology Center was recommended to me in various ways. I couldn't be happier with the decision made. Félix is a great professional and from the beginning he knew how to understand and direct the sessions to solve my anxiety problems. The material that they offer you in the sessions accompanies you from one week to the next and helps you to understand in greater depth what your problem is and how you should act, all very didactic. They have helped and surprised me. Always grateful.

I recommend this psychological center to anyone who needs the help of a Psychologist, especially Erika Marqués since she has been my psychologist during this stage and has helped me in the process of overcoming it.
Without mental health today we cannot go anywhere and thanks to Erika I have learned to overcome my obstacles and learn from mistakes to continue growing as a person and continue taking care of my mental health.
Thank you from my heart for helping me overcome this stage in my life that has been very hard.
