I used Cargest in Dec 21 and wanted a car for 4 weeks. My experience with Cargest was good and also upgraded the car to a BMW X1 as my children decided to join us at the last moment. I come to Spain at least 4-5 times a year and will be looking to use their service once again.

Nice people. Good service. It’s these companies that bring back trust in the sometimes dodgy world of car hire companies. Shuttle to and from airport. Keep it up people.

Worst car rental service ever:
- waiting more than ONE HOUR at the airport that someone comes with the car, no explanations about the delays, no apologies.
- I called 10 TIMES the customer service (evidence attached), nobody picked up the phone, no explanations about the delay
- I sent email to the customer service with the object “URGENT” - never had any answers so far
- When we asked the customer service if we could return the car at the airport at 8am instead of 9am they asked us 24 EUR EXTRA

Very competitive rates, helpful courteous staff, quick transfers from/to airport. No attempt to hard sell extras by staff, and credit card deposit unblocked within one working day. Excellent experience with Cargest, I will definitely use them again.

Would not think of hiring a car from anywhere else in Malaga.No rip off fuel charges and the staff are so helpful.This is the 5th time i have used them and will do so again next year.Thank you Cargest.

Used this company twice this year, in July and Oct - service fairly good, although we were given the wrong car on the second visit but we were not overly precious about that! Just over the road from the airport and mini bus link pretty good.

Brilliant service! We were met at arrivals and directed to the end of the car rental tunnel where we were collected by the shuttle bus and taken round the corner to their office. Absolutely no hassle sorting out the three cars we'd hired and really friendly, patient and helpful staff. At the end of our holiday, we simply drove back in, handed over keys and got shuttle bus back to the airport. They have a mixture of new and older cars, which was no problem for us as we got cars that suited each family group perfectly and got all our luggage in. We paid the extra for full insurance and tyre/glass cover etc at time of booking, which didn't work out to be much more for the peace of mind it gave. I'd read some horror stories about the big name companies hard-selling insurance, long queues and being really picky upon return and really didn't need that hassle on holiday. I did my research of reviews of all the local car hire companies and Cargest consistently came out on top for good reviews, which is why we went with them and we will definitely use them again.

What a good car hire company and a great team of people running it.. Our car was a kia lots of room for 4 with six cases. First gear was a little worn. But there are a lot of hills. Will use them again when we go back next year.

Very good service and good price. Hired a Kia ceed. It was in good condition. Also rented golf clubs that is 50% with car hire. Clubs ok att bit old but very good value for money!

Car was very good and service excellent. Only issue to be aware of we tried to return car at 7.45 as we were flying early with Easyjet, only problem was for us (and four or five others) were they don't open and are not staffed until 8.30. So we then need to get car checked over and transferred to airport which meant we were cutting it fine
