  Para salir con el coche te quedas delante de la barrera 10 minutos y no te abren y a la hora de devolverlo lo misml ocurre yvlo tiene que dejar en la calle

  Damages are not written correctly on the contract! Even though I pointed this out to the staff and they noted it down on my contract, they do not forward this to the inspector. This result in damaged being invoiced even though I did not damage the car. Unacceptable.

  Можно взять машину в одном городе и вернуть в другом, это плюс, несмотря на рост тарифа. Из минусов: традиционная испанская сиеста с14до 16 часов. Взять машину в это время нельзя. Плохая навигация в аэропорту Барселоны. Персонал практически не говорит по-английски

  Nicht zu empfehlen. Leider gab es bei der Buchung über Check24 keine Auswahlmöglichkeiten für die Abholstation am Flughafen. D.h. man musste diese abgelegene Station wählen. 35 Minuten Fussweg bzw. 20 Euro Minimumtransportgebühr des Taxis. Es gibt kein Shuttle zum Office vom Terminal. Im Terminal bietet Europcar (Keddy) an ein teureres Auto zu mieten und den zusätzlichen Flughafenaufschlag 20 Euro zu berechnen. Fährt man dann mit dem Taxi zum Office gab es statt des gebuchten VWs einen Skoda.

  Valla cachondeome dan un golpe x detras hago parte y atestadohace mas de una semana k entrego el parte y ahora devuelvo la furgo y me cobran la franquicia..500 pavos!!! Y luego lo cobran del seguro y no veo ni un duro.lo cobran 2 veces
